### "Fantastic app!"

My overall experience of Tinkle couldn't be better. The features are constantly updated and the developers are really responsive. It was pretty much plug and play to set up and has become an essential part of our business.

Pros

Tinkle makes managing calls for our business so much easier! The app is really easy to use and was really easy to set up too. A really handy feature is being able to manage our availability and presence quickly through the Tinkle Manager dashboard.

Cons

Nothing! The app is great. We've been using it for a long time and wouldn't really change a thing!

### "An excellent phone system"

An excellent service from start to finish, the products has been reliable and robust. Its grown with us as we've added 20+ members of staff in the last 2 years.

Pros

We find the flexibility that comes with the system to its most advantageous aspect, we often will take calls on either our mobile phones, laptops or physical handsets and having access to calls when away from the office or desk has been absolutely vital in the last year. We utilise fairly robust hunt group setups for various teams and this works really well

Cons

We haven't found there to be any notable cons to Tinkle.

### "Changed my business!"

So far, so good. Changed the way I do business - I would highly recommend this product.

Pros

The software enables me to answer calls whilst not being confined to the office. Making sure that my company portrays a landline number rather than a mobile number is important to the general image of the business. We have always wanted to be an installer that comes across as a big company - tinkle have helped us with this.

Cons

There isn’t anything to dislike about it. It’s easy to use, easy to set up and does exactly what you need it to do.

Reason for choosing Tinkle

A number of companies quoted me for their products - Tinkle appeared much better value for money and their customer service was great. No pushy and keen to understand what my requirements were.

### "Tailored support for new start up "

The tinkle team is super eager and professional, making my small start up feel as valuable as any other large organisation.

Pros

I'm a new start up with minimal interest or knowledge of mobile communications. Tinkle has been great at taking care of this essential business functionality on my behalf, quick and easily. It's very helpful not having to worry about signing a contract right at this start-up time or pay for the set up as a new business. What I really like is the pick and mix plan Tinkle compiled for me given the unique needs I have as a business, with the option of changing this later once I know which way the growth will go. The mobil app makes integrating it all into my working day so much easier, and its reassuring to know that as I scale up someone else can take care of expanding this for me. Other key plus points for me are also the 24/7 voicemail and the integration with my Microsoft Teams and Hubspot, as I really do not want to spend time updating different systems.

Cons

So far I've not identified any sticking points or clunkiness, the integration and added value is evident.

Just amazing! Great customer service and would recommend to all.

Pros

Communication in a school setting is of utmost importance and even more so when a global pandemic hits! If only we had known of Tinkle back in March when this crazy journey began......Tinkle has just been simply amazing. Teachers who are working from home have been able to stay connected to staff who are at school. It has also made sure that parents and carers have been able to quickly speak to their child's class teacher if needed. The customer service recieved from Tinkle has been fantastic, they are quick to rectify any problems and have explained how best to use the application. I am sure we will be talking about this app for years to come! Thank you for inventing it and being a great company to work with. It really is such an innovative application that could be used by so many different types of work settings.

Cons

All staff have loved the application as it is.
