Very bad experience. If you look into market there are much better solutions for lower pricing and more functionalities.

Pros

Pascom is a easy to handle solution as long as you use the cloud solution and use their gateways. When it comes up that you want to increase your customer service and use own gateways with normally used ISP rates they will not help you and guide your customers to other partners.

Cons

It is not really wanted to have your own gateway in place. We had a customer where the Pascom stopped working and the only support was migrating the customer to cloud Pascom without higher rates.

Software mit viele Funktionen, aber leider gravierenden Mängeln, die sich nicht beheben ließen. Daher haben wir uns nun entschlossen, den Vertrag mit Pascom zu beenden und auf eine andere Anlage umzustellen.

Pros

Universell nutzbarer Client sowohl am PC als auch am Handy. Grundsätzlich viele Funktionen. Kann alles was man typischerweise in einer kleinen / mittelständischen Firma hinsichtlich Telefonieren benötigt.

Cons

Weiterleitung vom Festnetztelefon auf das Handy macht immer wieder Probleme, auch viele Telefonate mit dem Support brachten keine Lösung, unsere IT musste viele Stunden zusätzlich aufwenden (Zusatzkosten, die uns natürlich niemand bezahlt hat). TAPI Client funktioniert unzuverlässig - verliert immer wieder die Verbindung zum Server. Dann muss der entsprechende Rechner neu gestartet werden, damit es wieder geht. Konfiguration der Anlage (Administrations-Backend) ist unnötig kompliziert

The pascom cloud phone system is easy to use, packed full of features and comes with friendly, expert support which is included within the pricing which I think is excellent customer service. I can only recommend pascom and the pascom solution further.

Pros

pascom has all the features I need, they are very easy to use and are available on all my devices, making sure I can continue working no matter where I am. Plus the move to the cloud was simple and done in minutes thanks to the excellent support.

Cons

The onsite version that I had originally was a little complicated to setup and manage. Now my phone system is in the cloud, it's simple to use and pascom takes care of all the updates etc.

Eine Lösung, keine Sonderpreise, keine Aufpreispflichtigen Extras, Super!

Pros

Einfachheit der Bedienung, Cloud-PBX ist einfach zu installieren (Telefonanlagenkenntnisse vorausgesetzt), Client funktioniert auf allen relevanten Systemen

Cons

Bei der Interaktion mit Remotedesktopumgebungen könnte man noch eine wählbare Videofunktion integrieren (Video / Bildschirmfreigabe soll zusätzlich zum lokalen Client auch in der Remoteumgebung angzeigt werden können, via Softwareswitch an-abschaltbar)

Die Lösung ist super einfach, deckt alles ab und macht mich völlig ortsunabhängig. Ich war selten von einer Lösung und vor allem der Firma, die da hinter steht, so begeistert, wie bei pascom! Chapeau! Tolles Produkt, schneller und guter Support, tolles und nettes Team!

Pros

\- toller Komfort dank Soft-Client auf dem PC oder Notebook - Mobile App mit allen Funktionen wie auf PC/Notebook - einfachstes und sicheres Videoconferencing - schnell und einfach eingerichtet und in Betrieb genommen - einfach und intuitiv nutzbar - der pascom Client ist ein Multiplattform-Produkt (Windows, Mac, Linux. Letzteres ist mir besonders wichtig). - man kann alles kostenlos testen - es gibt keine versteckten Kosten: alle Features sind im Preis dabei

Cons

Fehlen tut bislang das Team-Jounal. Aber das ist nun für den Sommer 2020 angekündigt. Bin gespannt.

Das Produkt hat zahlreiche Schnittstellen, von denen wir verschiedene nutzen. Andere sind hier weniger offen ausgerichtet. Der persönliche Kontakt zu pascom war deutlich besser als bei dem ein oder anderen Mitbewerber, der ggf. auch ein interessantes Produkt für uns gehabt hätte. pascom überzeugt einfach durch Qualität, Kompetenz und ein wirklich tolles und gelungenes Produkt.

Die pascom Cloud PBX bietet uns neue Möglichkeiten im Rahmen der Telefonie - nicht nur durch Ihre Vielzahl an einen Telefoniefunktionen, sondern auch durch den Desktop-Client, die App und die kürzlich eingeführte Möglichkeit der Videotelefonie.

Pros

Nachdem ich das Verständnis für das Webinterface entwickelt hatte (siehe Nachteile), bin ich von dem Grad der Automatisierung begeistert. Das Anlegen von Durchwahlen, Benutzern und Endgeräten ist einfacher als erwartet. Durch das All-inklusive Lizenzmodell kann ich den Benutzern beliebig Funktionen zuweisen, ohne dass ich mir Gedanken über zusätzliche Lizenzen für Leitungen, Mailboxen, Konferenzräume oder ähnliches machen muss.

Cons

Da ich zuvor die Konfiguration des Asterisk Servers auf der Kommandozeile mit Konfigurationsdateien gewohnt war, hat es relativ lange gedauert, bis ich die Gedankengänge der Pascom Entwickler und damit das Webinterface verstanden hatte.

Zum einen hatte unsere Asterisk-Installation eine Größenordnung erreicht, die eine Automatisierung und eine einfache Administration über eine Webinterface erforderlich gemacht hat. Zum anderen gab es keine Apps und keine einfache Anbindung von Videotelefonie.

Super Telefonielösung die mit jedem Release immer besser wird, neue Features werden nach Anforderungen der Kunden entwickelt. Ich kann diese PBX nur weiterempfehlen

Cons

Natürlich gibt es immer Features die man vermissen kann, allerdings ist die Lösunf durch offene Schnittstellen recht einfach zu erweitern
