Website works great. Good response time when we send in a ticket with an issue or question. Updates are made in a timely manner.

Cons

Setting up the website was painful. There are some areas like the collections that I don't really understand how to use.

We’ve had a positive experience overall, especially since being connected with a couple of dedicated team members for our account. In the beginning, communication was a real challenge - it often took a lot of back-and-forth to explain our needs, and being passed between different team members made the process frustrating. However, once we were paired with a main point of contact, everything changed for the better. The consistency has allowed us to build a strong working relationship, and we feel confident that our projects are understood and executed well. As our company continues to grow, we trust their team will be able to support us and handle the requests that come with that growth.

Pros

They have built a highly customized website for my company, going above and beyond to accommodate our detailed requests. Their team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Cons

Communication can be a struggle at times, especially if you are not working with a team member dedicated to your account.

Very easy to deal with and the payment process is always quick and easy. They understand our requests and even predict potential problems that we did not think of during the design and implementation process. Their pricing is very reasonable and the level of effort they put forth is well worth the expense. Interactions via E-mail and Video Chat are always productive and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend their services. We are even looking into their CRM/ERP offerings now!

Pros

EWIZ has amazing customer support and they are incredibly easy to work with. Their work on our website creation has been remarkable. We threw many obstacles and curveballs at the project and they have always managed to implement what we wanted in a super timely manner. They are patient and understanding to a fault. Super value for the money spent.

Cons

I can't think of a single area of improvement. They designed our original website and that went very smoothly and this new website is the same. It's on a better and more stable platform and we've been pleased with the entire experience.

We had a very bad experience with a similar vendor. ewiz was able to quickly launch a less expensive website with more compatibility and has worked over the years to improve it.

Pros

The customer support is very good for a non IT person. The administrative backend is fairly intuitive but certain things require support.

Cons

Nothing jumps out to report as a least liked aspect of the company or our experience over the years workign with them.
