It's a great product, it has almost all features e-commerce need. There are many features I haven't explore, but averall it's a good platform.

Pros

This product provides a lot great features which benefits for e-commerce. What I like most are Value for money, Customer Support.

I do not enjoy the platform. I have to go searching any time I want to make a change. Backend is hard to navigate, even with a good amount of experience. Website customization after creation is near impossible because of this. We upload inventory everyday, have no ecommerce, do not allow customers to view their order information or invoices despite having the promostandards endpoints that could be synced up to allow this information to be transmitted. To set this up, we were quoted ~$30,000 for a full integration. AWS has complete control over the back end. If we were granted access to the full site I could hook everything up in a day or two. Because we do not have full access, we would be forced to pay for these services, we are already paying for, to show them off in the most user friendly manner.

Pros

ewiz is user friendly once you learn how to use it correctly. It is reliable and rarely goes down on the front end.

Cons

No knowledge base, hard to find info for how to do anything, any change requests are billed when most could be done in house if the information was freely available to access. Causes us to rely on AWS and then pay for any changes that we could do if we had access.

Website works great. Good response time when we send in a ticket with an issue or question. Updates are made in a timely manner.

Cons

Setting up the website was painful. There are some areas like the collections that I don't really understand how to use.
