Overall it has been a good experience. I like that they notify you when you're getting close to the amount of posts allowed on the free account.

Pros

I have had to use the customer support and they were very helpful. It's easy to learn how to use Metricool. I haven't had any security concerns with it. I am able to manage accounts successfully. 95 percent of the time my posts go through when scheduled.

Cons

Cons are the free version you can only have two accounts and engagement insights are limited with the free plan. I really don't have anything else negative to say.

### "Metricool works great "

It's been great! Metricool works well with a ton of platforms and they are constantly making updates to the app.

Pros

The flexibility and ease of use is unmatched in a free/reasonably priced social media scheduling app. I just discovered Autolist, which could make it even more convenient to continuously schedule social posts without spending a huge amount of time.

Cons

None! I wish I could afford the paid features like send for review and a couple of the others, but overall, I can't think of a better social media scheduling app.

### " Misleading"

Despite the platform offering team access and role management, it fails where it matters most: execution. There’s no way to assign a post to a teammate for manual publication. If the owner is unavailable, the post doesn't go out. Period. Worse, this limitation is not disclosed in any of their help docs, setup guides, or marketing pages. Their site advertises team workflows and collaboration features, but buries the fact that only owners get notifications until you hit a wall and ask support. The only "solution" offered is to transfer brand ownership to the person publishing the content — which we had to do mid-campaign, completely breaking our internal roles. Support confirmed this is "just how it works." We’ve swapped brand ownership to keep our schedule intact, but are now actively looking at competitors who understand how real-world teams function. If you're a solo creator, Metricool might work for you. But for any professional team or agency, this tool is a liability unless they overhaul how notifications work and stop misrepresenting what the platform can do.

Pros

I love this platform! I’ve tried so many other scheduling tools and they were not as good as Metricool. If you want to use a platform that gives you wholistic knowledge about your brand(s) Metricool is for you.

Pros

I love the approval and analytics w feature of this software! Metricool provides the most in depth information about my progress on social media and ads. Absolutely LOVE!

Cons

No complaints! I love everything about this platform. It would be great if music could be added to the reels/tiktoks from the platform but I understand there are rules against doing so. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints!!

### "Corporate Greed"

Customer service is robotic and unhelpful, software is ok, but content becomes very generic. Manipulative Payment Terms.

Pros

Multiple Auto Scheduling maps and heat map by day and time for best posting times, although I am not convinced of the accuracy.

Cons

This software is ok, pretty similar to others however their terms and conditions are a trap. They allow refund for initial subscription, however annual renewals have no access to a refund, so you can not cancel even if not using. They are a heartless organisation that doesn't care for small business owners. I would not recommend.

### "Disappointing Experience with Billing and Customer Support"

Pros

A good service should value its customers and be willing to rectify issues promptly, especially when it comes to unauthorised charges. Unfortunately, Metricool fell short in both billing integrity and customer support. I’m left frustrated and regretful for ever signing up. I would not recommend this service based on my experience, as it seems they lack the responsiveness and transparency that customers deserve.

Over all Metricool has been great to work with. I'm really excited to see how much time I can save by not having to visit each social media platform to respond to comments.

Pros

The thing I like most about Metricool is that I can respond and interact with comments and the commenters from the app. I don't have to go out to Instagram to respond to comments.

We are still new to using Metricool. It all seems super shiny and nice right now.

I have loved Metricool from the beginning and will keep using it until something comes along that blows it out of the water. But I don't see that happening. For the price point, especially, nothing else can compete. Signing up for Later cost me like $75/month for all my brand accounts and wouldn't let me easily cross-post. I signed up for metricool at $18/month and haven't looked back!

Pros

My favorite aspects of metricool are the price, the number of accounts you can post to, easily cross-posting, easily editing cross-posted posts, the preview function, and the easy scheduling functions. And the analytics are AMAZING! I'm getting more into using the competitor analysis tool too!

Cons

The ONLY complaint I had about Metricool was that you could not post the first comment on Instagram, and BAM! They just fixed that this week. Now I have ZERO cons about the product!

### "Useful analytics all in one place"

Pros

We bought this to have a dashboard of our analytics across multiple social media channels. Easier to see everything in the same place.

Cons

The UI feels a little clunky, but the UX is fine. I would hope to see a design refresh by now as this doesn't feel as modern as other similar solutions.

En general me parece una herramienta excelente para gestionar y analizar las redes sociales que uno administra. La versión gratuita es más que suficiente para empezar y la versión de pago no me parece costosa. La recomiendo totalmente.

Pros

La versión gratuita es súper completa, tiene gráficas de rendimiento muy útiles, es fácil de manejar, permite programar publicaciones en las redes sociales y utilizar inteligencia artificial. La versión de pago me parece muy accesible en costo.

Cons

A veces uno se pierde entre tantas herramientas y datos de rendimiento de las redes sociales. Creo que le falta mejorar en la parte análisis de competidores, menciones de marca y sentimiento.

Metricool is an awesome tool to keep track of all your social media analytics. It also includes a lot of useful features like social Inbox, social bio link page, etc. However, I do feel that it could use a bit more work on improving the content management and content creation side to make it a more powerful all-in-one social media tool.

Pros

I would say the best part about Metricool is the analytics dashboard that greets you when you log in. I haven’t seen better analytics overview and metrics anywhere else. Many other tools also only include analytics for posts scheduled through their platform, but Metricool includes it for all posts scheduled using other tools or posted directly through the social media platforms. In addition you can generate the reports to give to your clients, make it a wonderful tool for social media managers. My other favorite feature from Metricool is their new improved social media Inbox and their best time to post color coded view that lets me know right on first glance when my audience is the most engaged.

Cons

The UI and UX could use a refresh I feel. It does feel al little outdated compared to the alternatives. It also doesn’t have as much convenience features for actual content creation that other tools are starting to bring in.

### "La mejor herramienta de análisis y programación de rrss"

No usaría otra web para analizar y programar redes sociales pero también para métricas de blog funciona de escándalo.

Pros

llevamos usando la aplicación desde que la sacaron hace ya muchos años. Es una alternativa , o más bien complementaria a otras cosas como analytics de google. La ventaja es que es mucho más completa pero sobre todo atractiva que esta proque consigue unificar en un sólo sitio todos los parámetros y poseen además gráficas muy vistosas para presentar los informes a los clientes.

Cons

Las opciones de pago son interesantes pero obviamente llevan un coste elevado. Para un usuario básico con las funcionalidades gratis puedes tirar pero si no debes estudiar lo que más os compense para pagar lo necesario sólo.

Lo utilizo para medir el interés de los lectores de redes sociales en los artículos que se escriben de una manera rápida.

Pros

Lo mejor de Metricool es la facilidad para incluir las métricas y datos de tus RRSS en un solo lugar, literalmente en Resumen tienes en una página todas tus redes sociales con las diferentes métricas que te pueden ser de interés, como seguidores, entradas con más visualizaciones, más interacciones... Y eso me encanta.

Cons

Quizás las métricas no sean las más adecuadas para un análisis avanzado, por lo que si solo necesitas datos básicos y los análisis no son muy complejos te puede venir bien, si necesitas algo más, ya no te vale, incluso en el mejor plan hay carencias.

Metricool es una plataforma sólida, amigable y 100% en español. Aunque, también está en inglés, francés y portugués. Para mí, esta herramienta es un gran equilibrio calidad-precio para gestionar redes sociales y anuncios. Han añadido un montón de funciones geniales y se integra con las principales plataformas del mercado, incluso YouTube. Es como tener un todoterreno para divulgar contenidos por todos lados. Además, me gusta la función de reportes y analíticas.

Cons

Fue un desafío vincular mi Instagram. Un poco enredado conectarlo con Facebook e Instagram para negocios. Aunque el problema pudiera ser Meta en vez de Metricool.

### "Good and competent social media management tool"

In general a good tool to use for social media management.

Pros

I have used Metricool for a long time even when the tool was not as good as it was now. It is easy to use and now have a lot of good features that I have to pay much more for in other solutions.

Cons

I dislike the overall design of the tool. Even if it does not really matter I really prefer to work in a tool that feel new and fresh which Metricool does not.

### "Great all in one social media management and analytics tool"

Pros

I like the reports I can get (on the teams' version) from social media as well as the website. I also like the social inbox, I can check all my messages at once. I can add paid social media to the mix and see the reports in one place. Great tool overall!

Cons

Sometimes the reports can take a long time, but that is because the data comes from different sources.

I ditched another tool and opted for Metricool mainly because of their professional offering , its more than a metrics tool, the ability to check the major social media platforms and blogs is a feature you cannot miss. I am able to manage brands separately within my dashboard, this makes it a lot easier to plan and navigate.

Pros

I have been using Metricool for a few months and i can say i am more than satisfied with the reports and visual statistics. Best feature has to be metrics that show how my brands are performing, even better i can i get a post planner and RSS feeds feature that is not so common in the world of social media metrics. I love how i can check up on my competitors or potential clients, this helps me in convincing them that they need my services, presenting to clients a nicely styled comprehensive report is a big plus. This tool allows you to monitor Ads and manage messages! These features are super exciting especially where you don't want to keep on checking your Fb or IG account, you can do it all right in the portal.

Cons

Not as customizable as i would like, they don't have a CNAME option, this would be super awesome and it would add a professional look to my brand. Its still not possible to auto post on Instagram, although there is an Instagram link in bio.

Pros

Being able to schedule my posts and content on social media so my business can work even while I sleep

Cons

That I have to create new posts over and over again and put them in scheduler

### "The best way to analice your metrics"

Pros

This is probably the best platform that help you on your social media strategies, it helps showing you the best schedule to make posts and shows you your metrics everyday so yo can adjust your marketing strategies well

Cons

Probably the unique bad part is that this platform is completely free just for one brand of social networks, but if you have or administrate more than one brand you have to pay and sometimes could be expensive

Pros

I love how I can see the account summary of all my business social media in one place. It is amazing to be able to compare the impressions of your different socials in one graph and be able schedule your posts on all your added social media ahead of time...even months ahead!

Cons

It is couldn't have afforded it if it wasn't through a marketing company
