Ik vind het fijn dat het gratis is met de optie om advertenties uit te kunnen zetten tegen een redelijke prijs. Het programma werkt prettig en is gemakkelijk te linken aan je eigen website of social media. Een overzichtelijke agenda waar je zelf ook dagen of tijden kunt blokken en dat geeft rust. Wat ik mis is dat ik per dag, als het nodig is, aanpassing in de tijden kan maken. Nu geef je uniforme blokken van afspraaktijden aan en kun je daar niet per dag vanaf wijken.

Pros

Overzichtelijkheid van je afspraken, per dag te downloaden en te printen. Gemakkelijk een link op je eigen website zetten of op social media. Fijn dat cliënten een herinneringsbericht krijgen de dag voor het consult. Lay-out is gemakkelijk naar eigen keuze te maken in eigen kleuren van de praktijk. Handmatig goedkeuren optie is ook fijn, baas over eigen agenda :-).

Cons

Je eigen logo kunnen uploaden zou fijn zijn. Ik mis het apart instellen van tijden per dag. Nu worden tijden uniform ingesteld over alle dagen. Bijv. normaal heb ik een consult van 15.00 tot 17.00 uur, maar wijzigt dit een keer bij een cliënt naar 16.00 uur dan kan ik dat op die dag niet apart instellen en niet een automatische afspraakherinnering sturen. Ik moet dan de bloktijd van 15.00 tot 17.00 uur invullen en dan zou de cliënt een reminder voor 15.00 uur ontvangen. Het herinneringsbericht voor cliënten mag wat mij betreft eerder op de dag worden verstuurd dan 18.00 uur. Mochten ze het vergeten zijn en moeten ze nog wat regelen zoals oppas dan hebben ze meer tijd om dit te doen. Normaal heb ik praktijkdagen op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag en die heb ik ingevoerd in myreservations, maar soms werk ik ook op maandag en vrijdag als het druk is. Deze kan ik dan niet invoeren, want het is geen optiekeuze om altijd te kunnen boeken door cliënten. Ik vind het irritant de keuzemenuknoppen aan de linkerkant 'wiebelen' en zou het fijn vinden als deze stilstaan.
