"User friendly and simple"

**Pros:** It's simple to use and I rarely have any issues with the telehealth feature, which is what I use most often. Clients get automated reminders and can self-schedule, which are very important features to me. Overall it's a good product.

**Cons:** Setting up my availability can be a bit tedious, since I might have some changes and if I delete one date of availability, it deletes all future dates as well.

"Great platform from a patient!"

**Pros:** TheraPlatform is easy to navigate as a patient. I am always able to get into my appointments easily!

**Cons:** Sometimes there are bugs when I have therapy, however it could be my own user error. TheraPlatform is always responsive.
