It has \*very\* limited customization options. There are very basic functions that it lacks (can't override a booking, can't add notes to a reservation, run cards print in a way that is very confusing and hard to read, entering feeding and medication instructions is a HUGE headache and is overly complicated, report cards are limited to one update and only 10 photos per stay. The demos and trainings are very vague and unhelpful. Our date transfer was botched which caused major headaches that we are STILL dealing with over a month later. I'd love to get rid of this software altogether but now we are stuck with it. We may end up changing again in another year. This system seems like it would be great ONLY if you're moving from paper to this. The amount of "feature requests" we had to put in during this transfer was shocking. This system seems like it's too new, too **Pros:** There are some unique features that are nice.
