### "Deceptive Pricing - Beware"

Not very good. As above, I think the pricing page is deceptive and essentially resulted in me wasting my time trying to set up a service that is literally 10x-20x more expensive that implied.

Pros

It seems easiest enough to setup and likely does what it says well. I spend about a day trying to set it up and then spoke to a representative who was helpful.

Cons

The pricing page is incredibly misleading bordering on dishonest or fraudulent. If you go to their site and click on pricing it clearly displays three pricing tiers of $25, $35 and $50 per user per month with all the features appropriately listed. Then there's a little bit below in parenthesis that says "\[+ platform fee\]" with no mention of what that platform fee would be. So a reasonable person would think this is going to cost maybe 5x$35 per month plus a few dollars, maybe $20 or $50 platform fee. The platform fee however is $6000 yearly which I only found out after spending an entire day trying to do a setup and then organizing a zoom meeting with someone to further help me.

Fantastic Customer Support and a team that listens to their users. I have never seen a team take feedback and within 6 months, turn it into a live feature. (Base pay fields) Transparency with our sales team on their earnings during a sales cycle instead of learning the-day-of on payday has meant more hungry reps chasing their spiffs and fewer reps spending time on a calculator to figure out their current totals for the month. I literally couldn't imagine our sales tech stack without them now.

Pros

The ease of use, setup and interoperability with our CRM has made the commission payout process 4x faster than what it had to be. Instead of filling in spreadsheets with data, it is more of a double check and then paying our staff

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve with how plans/paths work and how to set them up exactly the way you want it and in a way that is presented clearly to the end user (accounting and the sales reps)

Overall, the experience with QuotaPath has been a very very positive one! Support from our Customer Success Manager has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable in their product and was able to provide us with the solutions to our complicated commission plans. Been very happy with the people as well as the product equally, if you are looking for a tool that will help better manage your monthly commissions process, look no further and go with QuotaPath!

Pros

Their constant support throughout the whole process, during the creation of the plans and once everything is set-up. They are on the ball when it comes to their customer support service, very knowledgeable and are always happy to assist! Easy to follow workflow when it comes to the monthly commissions checks and features that will allow for analysis of sales per person. Useful integrations and custom code field mappings as well, one of the top features for me.

Cons

Depending on size of database, may take some time to refresh to see impact when of a new path/plan on deals.

Pros

Easy to use, great customer service, great tech support and help. Willing to listen to customers and build out functions to greatly improve the user experience. Really happy with the product.

Cons

Still a little click heavy - would love to see some more automation in things and AI components

The process has been the best I have ever had from initial product demo, to contract negotiations, to deployment, to ongoing support and renewals. The QuotaPath team has been proactive, responsive, and a great partner.

Pros

QuotaPath is easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, and is a great way for my team to stay in tune with their earnings, and payouts.

Cons

They are constantly evolving their product, which is great, but that also brings the need to constantly learn the new features.

Other platforms were more excel based web applications than true tools to integrate with our existing infrastructure. We were already using manual excel sheets and needed to automate. QuotaPath was the only one that could do that for us.

Quotapath has been a great way to help us track and payout commissions. Their support and CS team is always super helpful and willing to jump on a call to work through plan changes.

Pros

Ability to integrate with Salesforce and allow unique and customizable plans. I also like how our reps have their own login to see exactly where there earnings are coming from.

Cons

When you first get into it, building the plans can be a little tedious, but once they're set up everything flows super smoothly.

Pros

We implemented QuotaPath at the beginning of 2022, during which our organization has rapidly grown, including sales team. We previously manually calculated all commissions, which required effort and prolonged review periods to make corrections. QuotaPath seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, our sales reporting tool, which was appealing to us. We liked the simplicity of the system and ease for setting up plans.

Cons

Not much that we did not like about the product. The reporting functionality can be improved to make it easier to manipulate the csv export file when exported to Excel.

### "Great tool to scale revenue "

Pros

Excellent tool that took a 9-16 hour process and eliminated it from our sales ops team and accounting team. Favorit functions- Integrations with our CRM, Clean UI, not over-featured, and the ability to handle complex commissions. But most of all customer support is top-notch.

Cons

I'd like to be able to schedule reports to be delivered to specific individuals at the end of a commission period vs. having to log in to fetch the data.

### "A better path for the commissions process"

Pros

Compensation plans & payout processes be touchy things to discuss internally. There's a lot that can be lost in translation in an explanation to reps of how their comp plan & quota work in terms of commissions payouts if done hastily or improperly. Worst case scenario, commissions payouts are done in spreadsheets, where you the run the risk of calculating them incorrectly. All of these put a strain on the relationship between Finance, RevOps, and Sales. QuotaPath solves all these problems while also empowering individual contributors to feel a greater sense of ownership over their variable compensation as well as plan for the future. I love the fact that reps on my team can log into QuotaPath, understand how exactly each deal impacts their variable compensation, and increase transparency overall in commissions.

Cons

This isn't so much of a mark against QuotaPath, but the reality is QuotaPath can take a little longer to implement in order to get it right. This longer implementation time isn't a mark against the software, but rather a reality of being intentional about our onboarding. The Sales, Customer Success, & Account Management reps we've been working with have been world-class, and we've had nothing but a great experience thus far.

It is has been great.

Pros

I have found Quotapath to be the best solution for tracking and calculating commissions of the options I reviewed. I do think there are a number of improvements needed. It is great that when I speak to my rep, he takes into consideration my suggestions. I have seen a few of them taken onboard.

Cons

There are a number of features missing in Quotapath. I would love to see more integrations. Examples are an integration with Quickbooks; payroll software. It would also be nice to choose how I want to record deals. There is quick a lot of repetition required which can be a time waster.

I can do commissions like a larger company than I am and it has enabled me so now I can add to my salesforce and know that I can incentivize them, keep track of it, and not kill many hours per month computing and messing with a crazy spreadsheet.

Pros

Enables my small 20 employee business to provide a commission structure that up until now could only be available to my big national chain competitors.

Cons

Would like to have a few reports available because I don't integrate it with a CRM or my QBO online. Some reports centering around the different individual products being sold by my 2 man sales team.

QuotaPath has been really easy to work with. I think they go above and beyond in terms of making sure the onboarding experience goes smoothly and they provide support on an ongoing basis. The fact that they set up our plans for us each year is a huge plus.

Pros

The ease of onboarding and the excellent customer support. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], has been fantastic. He is in regular communication to share information with us about new features and to answer questions that we have. He's very responsive and set up all of our new plans for 2022 for us in less than 24 hours. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is also hosting a training session for us for a group of new employees that joined us this year.

Cons

QuotaPath has made a lot of improvements over the past year and added a number of new features since we first started using it. The reporting and ability to export information could be better. Also, we aren't able to use QuotaPath for 606 yet because not all of the fields we need from our CRM can be pulled over. That is in part a limitation of our CRM.

### "A review of a very happy customer"

Working on the RevOps team, I use to have a big problem with the Sales Team compensation program, from miss calculating data, to payroll process that lasted 15 days because of all the check points we had alongside with the poor visibility from the Sales reps about what commission they were getting at the end of the Quarter. QuotaPath solved our problems by centralizing all the Sales Comp Plans in one place, applying the calculation directly in the tool and making the HubSpot Deals information available for the reps/leaders to check and confirm in real time. With that, we've shorten our payroll processo in 10 days and now the team has complete visibility on what they are working at, commissions earned, to be paid and their attainments.

Pros

Easy visualization for the users and for the payroll/Backoffice team. QuotaPath has a simple and easy format of adding the plans (as complex as they are) and to calculate everything that we struggle to calculate on a spreadsheet. The Customer Service is amazing and the team gives us a lot of support through the entire process.

Cons

I really don't have something that I liked less, but maybe if there is some more filter options on the Analytics views it would be great.

Pros

I didn't realize it, but I can't live without QuotaPath -- It makes it super easy to keep track of things, plus our sales team LOVES the transparency and how easy it is to understand how their commission is setup - Lastly, it helps them to set goals and get motivated by allowing them to experiment with "What If" scenarios

Cons

Newer product, but they're quickly adding more value and features by the week. Pretty cool how quickly they listen to feedback and suggestions and execute upon them.

### "Nothing Special"

I previously thought better of them despite some of their shortcomings but at the end of January they laid off 20% of their workforce which included a lot of their implementation team, including our customer success manager.This layoff took place just when their customer base were implementing their commission plans for the new year. Who has an across the board layoff at the start of busy season, definitely poor planning.This put us and I'm sure many other customers behind the eight ball if you will.Also plans that our previous rep could implement for us the new team hasn't been able to so right now we don't have a usable product.

Pros

At the moment there is nothing I like about this software see my con comment.Unless we can work out the issues we will be looking for an alternative.

Cons

It lacks a lot of functionality especially around complex plans, also they have no real reporting function which is unfortunate and lack GAAP reporting.

Our account manager is incredibly helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance with updating our commission plans. They made onboarding very easy for us and help us on an annual basis to set up our new commission plans. Our account manager has done training sessions for our sales team when we had a group of new hires. Excellent customer service.

Pros

QuotaPath is a cost effective tool which has helped us to improve efficiency and provides greater visibility for the sales team to the commissions that they are earning.

Cons

QuotaPath has continued to add new features and functionality. The reporting is an area that could be enhanced. As of now we are able to get the basic reports that we need from QP.

I used to use Excel to track everything. While Excel was good about telling me what I had done and where I was trending, I didn't have visibility on which deals were likely to close and the forecasting of pipeline specifics. I love the extra insight I get from using the service.

Pros

The service has charts for current month-to-date tracking on my goals as well as forecasting for upcoming sales based on my pipeline. This helps me keep up with my goals, and helps me know what deals to work on to move the needle.

Cons

I don't have any missing features that I am really looking for.

Pros

Saves lots of time. Customer Service is GREAT!

Cons

I would like a way to search for sales within resolved/unresolved etc. When an Owner has lots of sales or a sale is named slightly different than our records, it is hard to find sometimes. Would like more field to put in notes, especially for overrides.

What really won me over is their customer service - every SaaS company should aim to offer such great service to their customers. They also have flexible pricing options for small businesses whereas their competitors have a minimum number of seats required typically starting at 10 and going up to 50 minimum seats required. Quotapath is there to grow with you. Very happy with the purchase, it's made tracking commissions much easier and would highly recommend to any business - big or small.

Pros

It's customizable enough to set up simple and complex commission plans. The hubspot integration is great. It can seem complicated to set up initially but their onboarding and customer success team is so helpful throughout the entire process that there's nothing to worry about.

Cons

Nothing major. Just some very small inconveniences here and there that I'm sure will be ironed out as they continue to develop it. That said, I did request one of these to be fixed and they did it right away (select/deselect all in some of the drop down menus). Overall no major cons at all, I'm very happy.
