As a front line manager, QuotaPath has saved me hours a month by pulling in reporting from SF to automate commission payouts across the team. It has been a fantastic tool overall, and my SDRs enjoy monitoring and tracking their attainment throughout the month.

Pros

QuotaPath allows me to track team attainment and confirm with Individual Contributors with ease. I am now able to put the control in the reps hands so that they can monitor their attainment. This has saved hours coordinating with our Finance teams.

Cons

I have not had any issues or negative experiences with QP.

I'm not very happy with it yet. There seems to be too many places to review commissions and no clear way to determine what's pending versus what to expect on your paycheck.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use for my Sales Ops people.

Cons

I don's like how it's so difficult to tell what's ACTUALLY getting paid out to reps, versus what is pending. It makes it confusing.

In theory the messaging around seeing real time updates is really cool, in practice this hardly works, I see one update a quarter.

Cons

I think the integration to salesforce to be smoothed out.

Pros

As a salesperson, the ability to track my progress towards multiple targets in a quarter, as well as my commissions (including accelerators) is fantastic. QuotaPath makes it easy to add, maintain and close all my deals and understand my likely commission.

Cons

QuotaPath doesn't directly integrate with our CRM (Accelo), however it is simple enough to manually import deals.

We no longer have to produce individual commission statements for each sales person. Previously they were manually created.

Pros

We use QuotaPath to produce commission statements. A simple function for every every sales team, but one that takes up a lot of time every month. We are happy to have this automated by QuotaPath. The views are easy to use and the data upload is simple. The biggest differentiator of QuotaPath is their Customer Support Team. They are diligent and work with you until everything works properly.

Cons

We would like better integration with Microsoft Office tools.

Can not handle semi-to complex commission rules. Weeks after implementation ended, solution did not work properly.

Super nice and easy to see my commission grow and change as my deals do. Love that I know how much I'm making percentage wise and dollar wise. It's also great to be able to create individual goals to work towards!

Cons

Some of the features can get very advanced and I haven't had time to learn the detailed views yet.

Ease of use, great customer service to help set it up and answer questions afterwards. Easy to generate reports.

They are still building out some of the options and things within the software, but are gradually making improvements.

The people at QuotaPath were super helpful and easy to work with. They helped set up our plans and continue to do so when we have changes.

Pros

This took a long and painful commissions calculating process and made it super easy - I can do it in under an hour and I know the numbers are right!

Cons

No complaints really. This is a small thing but when we update something in our CRM it does take a while for that update to show up in quotapath...it isn't "instant" but it doesn't take that long either.

I love the easy ability to track my closed/won deals and have a clear view of my commissions associated with each deal. Quotapath makes it easy for me to cross-reference my records and ensure that my commission is accurate. Additionally, I appreciate having a place to view my quota plan.

Cons

I'd like to view additional quarters, other than only the last, current, and next. To track payouts I'd like the ability to go back 2 quarters, rather than 1 without putting in custom dates.
