Pros

Very user friendly and the Submit Support Ticket feature is amazing. The Entrata Core team is very responsive and their use of photos and training videos makes learning the system very easy

Cons

When a resident is up for renewal and has rentable items like storage or parking, then the property manager needs to put the rentable items On Notice, then Move Out the rentable item, then Move In the rentable item again for the charges to post properly on their ledger. This is very redundant.

The system is much more user friendly than our previously used software - it allows for our day-to-day operations to run consistently smooth.

Pros

Dashboard home screen allows us to track important activity + highlights action items. Ability to send leases & other documents directly through the system to be signed.

Cons

Several glitches have come up, many including email issues (BCC recipients not receiving communication, residents unable to respond to email relay, etc.)

Pros

Easy to use.Very helpful.I love to doing my job in entrata.Very fast and entertaining .Nothing

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Entrata is when the power goes out,I'm left without a computer and I can't do my work and it takes a few days to fix it.

Pros

Entrata works hard to stay cutting-edge in the multifamily industry while focusing on the user experience for everyone involved, not just residents!

Cons

There are still some glitches in the system but Entrata works hard to be responsive and resolve those glitches where possible.

Pros

The ease of use and the monthly updates.

Cons

Previously (prior to new reporting) Reporting was overwhelming

Pros

Very user friendly and customer service is phenomenal.

Cons

That if I renew a resident in bulk edit and not in the renewals section in the dashboard, those residents cant be deleted on that list.

For my day to day tracking of work orders this software is very easy and intuitive to use. I wish I had more training to allow me to use the power this database has to track and pull information that I could use to order parts and see trends in my maintenance repairs.

Pros

The fact that I can see work orders at home on weekends.

Cons

I think that the lack of training I've received doesn't allow me to use Entrata to the extent I could.

Sometimes the payment portion of the software is glitchy and the users cannot pay online. It is also sometimes tough when adding on a lead to an existing application.

Overall it seems to be quite wonderful if colleges aren't using this they need too! the in depth part of what you can see and where people are just able to track progress to show owners that look the guys are working they are doing as much as they can here are the numbers, could we please hire another person.

Pros

finding expenditures on apartments, remodeling, make readies, repeat work orders on same unit.

Cons

the app for techs to use, you either need mobile or desktop version. The actual app when screen goes dark it messes with time on the work order which then messes up the reporting. so once that is fixed alll in all a great product

The setup looks great and demo's look smooth. However, the system is actually limited in functionality and the settings are not intuitive to learn and follow processes.

Pros

At first, the easy of use looks great, but once you start really using it, it lacks full functionality.

Cons

confusing to follow steps to make updates. Both limited functionality and conflicting setting make using the system difficult for admin/support people.

Reason for choosing Entrata

Senior Management made the decision, not me.
