### "The best is yet to come"

If I were to describe my overall experience using the Entrata interface, it would sound like “the Sky is the limit.”

Pros

The two step authentication processes before entering system. It’s very reliable and holds a high standard of operational performance within the estate arm.

Cons

Features to source out registered residents by preference. For example, it would be extremely strenuous for me to search for a client by vehicle.

Entrata was very easy for me to pick up and learn. I've also enjoyed seeing the new permissions after getting promoted twice.

Pros

I think Entrata's current set-up makes it very easy to manage leases. The set-up correlates to steps in their processes.

Cons

The text message center. I wish our text message held onto the feed like our activity log does. The messages shouldn't disappear if someone on your feed has the availability turned on, especially if their not the one dealing with said prospect. We're all constantly doing the same things, so having to ask other employee what does some of these text say slows us down.

overall a great tool. It pretty much does it all, as it relates to maintenance, turns, and preventative maintenance.

Pros

It is a tool for the the maintenance team and allows you to track progress throughout the work order.

Cons

At times the phone freezes up when adding pics to work order. It just slows down the process and is frustrating.

Pros

I have nothing that I really like about Entrata. I prefer to use Yardi Voyager. It’s too hard to find leads on Entrata.

Cons

The duplicate guest cards even after the prospect applies. Super glitchy with the Foxen Renters Insurance software.

It always works for me I can be doing what need to do around the building and not have to always go to the office

Pros

It makes my job easier I don't have to be on the computer when doing work orders all I have to do is look on my phone when walking the halls. I can put photos and notes so many things can be done

Cons

I have an apple phone, and the resident always see my number when calling from the app now many residents have my personal number maybe it's in the setting but don't know to fix it

I have been in property management for over 30 years and this is the worst software program that I have ever had to use.

Pros

The ability to sent messages to the resients.

Cons

This program was so difficult to navigate. Entrata made multiple changes which would not make the system any easier. Customer service was horrible

All the customer service agents are friendly and helpful. The hours of assistance are great especially in this line of work

Pros

Customer support and user friendly interface. Makes my job much easier in comparison to other system I've used in the past

Cons

no cons at this time entrata is the easiest system I used thus far in my 8 years of working in property management.

I love it, and it is very user-friendly.

Pros

The simplicity and the fact that you can learn to navigate without much direction.

Cons

I would like to see a Unit mix report offered. In addition, it would be nice to see a quick snapshot of the community's performance. An example would be the occupancy, leased, trend, and trend added to the availability portion. Also, a financial box with delinquency and GPR-to-date collections would be awesome.

I have used Entrata since 2016 minus two years. I love the product over any other that I have used.

Pros

The user friendly aspect of the platform and the amount of reporting available.

Cons

It times out too quickly at times, and some of the reports do not make sense.

Entrata is very helpful for me as a Leasing Agent, I love coming in in the mornings and checking Entrata to see what the day will look like with leads and prospects.

Pros

I like the organization it brings when receiving leads and reaching out to prospects. I also like being able to reach out to multiple leads at a time.

Cons

There is not really much I dislike about Entrata, but I do notice some screenings take longer than others to complete.

It has been a learning curve. I spend most of my days helping people fix errors they are running into with both Entrata and Vendor Access.

Pros

I like the ease of searching. If I need to find a unit, it's easy to search. If I need to find something related to "Fire" it's easy to find.

Cons

The redundancy. I have to now put a note before or after I delete something because my deletion notes no longer transfer. We can't search incomplete Invoices in the system. Anything that happens in the incomplete invoices isn't tracked. I can't see who deleted what, because it is not searchable.

Overall, my experience with Entrata has been positive, though there are areas for improvement. I found Entrata generally easy to use, but some features could be more flexible.

Pros

Easy to use, very user-friendly, intuitive interface, and makes managing tasks straightforward. Easy to use, very user-friendly, offers great customer support, and provides excellent value for money.

Cons

The system feels too restrictive, which can slow business growth. Security is very tight, making some tasks cumbersome. While secure, the platform can limit flexibility for business expansion. Strong security measures sometimes make workflows slower.

I love Entrata. It is a make or break point in regards to accepting a position as to whether or not they are using the platform. We are a 100% paperless office because of it.

Pros

Entrata is very intuitive. I've used the main three property management software platforms available and Entrata is by far the best in regards to ease of use, options, and integration.

Cons

The ability to create your own reports could use a little tweaking. It is not as easy to manage as the other parts of the program.

I really like Entrata. It is user friendly, and it was easy to learn. I have not experienced very many issues but when I do the support team is really helpful and responds quickly. Overall, it is a great product!

Pros

I like the ease of use for most everything. Entrata is user friendly.

Cons

The transfers have caused some concerns as it was not working properly.

Help had been great if you needed it. Very easy to use and set up. The integration was way better than when we went through Yardi's a few years back.

Pros

It is very easy to use and is much better than what is out there at the moment. Our staff find this so much easier. It also has a way better permission set up.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the specials do not connect to your ILS's very well like we had with Yardi. I had to turn off that feature in Apartments.com so we can put in the specials.

I like entrada. Pay scan is easy to navigate. I really like being able to go through the history of our messages and having the option to re-send them.

Pros

Navigating through the residents is very easy. Mass messaging is the best.

Cons

The way the prospects are filtered well; Many duplicates that aren't updating correctly. I do not like how AI gives out incorrect information sometimes. Technology wise I think it needs some major updating.

I have been using it for about a year now, and so far everything is great. It boots up fast and the interface of the program is easy to use and understand.

Pros

I like the way the App is set up, I don't have to constantly log into it with my password each time i open it and it runs way smoother then the other companies Apps.

Cons

There isn't a way to search people up in the App, I have to use the computer to look up someone's phone number for example. also, I wish that all of the history of the apartments' work orders transferred over to Entrata from the other programs we used before.

The ability to organize and download data to a spreadsheet is invaluable.

The mobile app is buggy is unusable even with a stripped down version of the desktop version.
