Pros

Entrata makes the multifamily industry so much easier. They are always updating their software with amazing innovation. The settings and features are endless. They have a full time support team, trainers who do daily webinar trainings, as well as the option to come out on site and train, and they also offer a customer success manager who works with you daily to ensure that your company is succesfull while using Entrata.

Cons

Because of the large amount of setting and feautre options, Entrata can get messy quickly. They also have struggles at times when it comes to large influxes such as rent week or stundent turn as well as when they release one of their updates every two months.

I love Entrata because it's very efficient and has a lot of features that I love using.

Cons

It does create duplicate applications when a guarantor starts an application.

Entrata is easy to use for property managers as well as their residents. Having the help feature comes in handy. Quick payment processing as well.

Cons

Not being able to upload multiple documents at one time to the document tab or in an email.

Pros

Entrata has a lot of options and is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. Support is always quick to get a hold of when calling and they answer or make sure you understand the answers first.

Cons

A lot of things seem to be almost like a domino effect where if you choose one thing everything down the row is set and it's very moldable to adjust. I know this makes things easy with almost one or two clicks. I have sent in some request feature ideas but I have not seen them on their update emails yet.

Entrata is basicly good for our property management.

Pros

The Entrata reporting is good for me and the Resident Portal and Website Service are good for online activities.

Cons

The Leasing Center Service is not so good.

Actually we switched only the Residential Community Management only but not Accounting. We still are using MRI for our Accounting.

Objectively a 9.5/10 Almost a perfect 10, great support, and I loved our onboarding team. They have set us up with a wonderful CSM. The only speed bump we have hit was with migration, however I am not sure there is a better process and it may just be painful for everyone.

Pros

Ease of use, and the abundance of help/support Entrata provides. Written materials, videos, and live training courses. Not to mention a USEFUL support staff.

Cons

Like other property management software, it isn't 100% bug-free.

What I really like about the software is that it was very easy to use and accurate.

Cons

What I least liked the most is that it took too long to update in the system letting us know which apartments were still available and which all apartments were occupied

So many different random tabs upon tabs that make it rather hard for people starting out to get to know the system

The Entrata support team has been incredibly helpful and quick to find a solution when I have problem.

Pros

I love how organized the Entrata dashboard is. Everything is organized to help sort through day with ease of use.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Entrata is their lack of a mobile app (for more than just maintenance). It can be hard to look something up when on the go.

Entrata makes tracking resident documents, financials, maintenance, and units easy. I appreciate our rep (Tegan!) and how available she is to our company. She uses a lot of our feedback to help build a better product.

Cons

A lot of the software isn't intuitive. Functions are hidden in inexplicable places, or features that would make it more helpful don't exist.

I really appreciate the features that it provides. Being in the industry for 8 years, I basically used the same system for everything. I like the ease that Entrata brings to this busy industry!

Pros

Made my job easier, especially with the automatic follow-ups

Cons

The thing that I liked least is that when the system does an automatic follow-up, it does not allow us to send their personalized quote with that, so my tours end up getting 2 back to back emails as soon as they leave

Very good, I have been in property management for many years and used several different property management programs. Entrata by far is my favorite!

Pros

We did the conversion several years ago it was very user friendly. Training was also very helpful.

Cons

I feel the reports function could improve, I have to scroll down all reports to find the report I need.

I do not have any problems with Entrata. I really like the system letting me know which tasks need to be done. And I LOVE the paperless office!

Pros

I like the My Dashboard because it is my to-do list every day. I like the ability to send emails to all residents at one time. I use this feature often. The online payment is user friendly.

Cons

Integration was easy. There's not anything that I don't like.
