They are always updating their software with amazing innovation. The settings and features are endless. They have a full time support team, trainers who do daily webinar trainings, as well as the option to come out on site and train, and they also offer a customer success manager who works with you daily to ensure that your company is succesfull while using Entrata. Cons Because of the large amount of setting and feautre options, Entrata can get messy quickly. They also have struggles at times when it comes to large influxes such as rent week or stundent turn as well as when they release one of their updates every two months. Review Source GP Gwyneth P. Pros I love Entrata because it's very efficient and has a lot of features that I love using. Cons It does create duplicate applications when a guarantor starts an application. Support is always quick to get a hold of when calling and they answer or make sure you understand the answers first. Cons A lot of things seem to be almost like a domino effect where if you choose one thing everything down the row is set and it's very moldable to adjust. I know this makes things easy with almost one or two clicks. I have sent in some request feature ideas but I have not seen them on their update emails yet. Review Source PC Paul C. Pros The Entrata reporting is good for me and the Resident Portal and Website Service are good for online activities. Cons The Leasing Center Service is not so good. Switched from [MRI Property Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/79570/MRI-Software/) Actually we switched only the Residential Community Management only but not Accounting. " August 8, 2022 5.0 Objectively a 9.5/10 Almost a perfect 10, great support, and I loved our onboarding team. They have set us up with a wonderful CSM. The only speed bump we have hit was with migration, however I am not sure there is a better process and it may just be painful for everyone. Pros Ease of use, and the abundance of help/support Entrata provides. Written materials, videos, and live training courses. Not to mention a USEFUL support staff. Cons Like other property management software, it isn't 100% bug-free. Alternatives considered [Knock CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/197777/Knock-CRM/) Switched from [Yardi Voyager](https://www.capterra.com/p/33832/Yardi-Voyager/) We were looking for a more agile/ lean solution that was easy to use for our staff, and we found it with Entrata. Everything is organized to help sort through day with ease of use. Cons The only thing I don't like about Entrata is their lack of a mobile app (for more than just maintenance). Being in the industry for 8 years, I basically used the same system for everything. I like the ease that Entrata brings to this busy industry! Pros Made my job easier, especially with the automatic follow-ups Cons The thing that I liked least is that when the system does an automatic follow-up, it does not allow us to send their personalized quote with that, so my tours end up getting 2 back to back emails as soon as they leave Review Source JB Josh B. Pros We did the conversion several years ago it was very user friendly. Training was also very helpful. I really like the system letting me know which tasks need to be done. And I LOVE the paperless office! Pros I like the My Dashboard because it is my to-do list every day. I like the ability to send emails to all residents at one time. I use this feature often. The online payment is user friendly. Cons Integration was easy. There's not anything that I don't like.
