We finally found a software that we are happy with and that is moving in the positive direction to being a complete system that meets all our needs. Pros Noteables customer service is far and away the best I've experienced and is by far what I like best. They have taken countless hours to help us through issues and are always available to assist with any questions we have. I am able to track clients and staff in one place from anywhere. Cons I feel like there are some updates that that would make Noteable a one stop shop. An online video feature would help my clinical team communicate with clients. This feature would also help help with staff as well where we could communicate for meetings and supervision. A notification feature would be great where the staff had an email or text feature that notified them when an administrator wants it to. It is very rare that I have difficulties with Noteable and often find it easy to be able to navigate. Pros Noteable makes it really easy to keep track of clients information and having everything that we need to access for them in one place. I love the reminders we get on things that are due and being able to keep track of important things. I also love the ability to look at clients who have been discharged and still having access to their records even if they are no longer active with the company. Cons Noteable sometimes has difficulties with virtual sessions and sending links to clients. Sometimes it is hard to navigate between documents for clients without noteable wanting you to submit things instead of being able to save them. Notable is reliable and affordable. Pros Prompt response from Customer support and even faster solutions. Notable is also very user friendly in general. Cons Inability to port client demographics and standard forms into newly created charts for different programs. For instance, if a client comes in for Community stabilization and an intake packet, goals, freedom of choice ( all of the initial information is obtained) if I go to add a Mental Health Skill building or IOP chart most of the information does not port over and needs to be entered a second time. They are so easy to work with. I like that I use my forms and not use some prefab forms that don't feel original. Pros It is very easy to use and grow with. The buttons for data collection are easy to push and the ability to combine case notes with my hours makes it easy to keep track of how much I’ve been working. Cons The frequent refreshing and logins can make it difficult to pull up items while in a hurry. If I’ve put my phone in my pocket even for just a moment, there’s a good chance I’ve been logged out. I also love that some documents can be shared across programs making it easier to move consumers along as we transition them from one program to the next. I like that we can modify and update our own documents too. Cons Sometimes we get error messages when attempting to log in saying we don't have permissions for certain things when we haven't made any changes to the permissions on the staff side. I have also encountered errors when a change has been made to a form and staff who normally would have access to it, are unable to access it. They remain consistent in best practices, customer care, and service delivery. Pros The accuracy of the billing component. The ease of use of the system overall. I am not the most tech savvy and I am able to maneuver through the system with ease. I am able to explain how to use the system seamlessly during our on-boarding. Ability to review all of the client's charts that are serviced by the same employee. Cons The only feature that I think would be beneficial to add is resubmitting denied claims through the system. This is currently being look into for possible implementation. I really hate referring to it as a con because the system overall is so great. Reason for choosing Noteable #1 the staff. The care, time, patience, dedication, commitment, quality, and passion they have behind the product is unmatched.
