Pros Ease of use and support from Omnyfy. Made setting up platforms across multiple sites easy. Cons For our brand customers, a huge pain point was that they MUST have had an ipad only. There was no option for android, mobile, or PC to acknowledge, process orders and the like. To this point, Omnyfy have been amazing and created a PC based solution. I have felt that they have been a partner and not just a vendor from the beginning of this effort, and the platform/software has proven to be flexible when needed. Pros It was a huge benefit to be able to build my online marketplace from the Omnyfy platform rather than starting from scratch. They offered several modules that we were able to configure and also allowed for customizations. Cons Omnyfy is improving its user instructions through its online knowledgebase library. Documentation of how to use all platform features and functions was an initial challenge that is improving.
