We are extremely satisfied with this software. Pros One of the best multi-vendor marketplace. It saves time & money by bringing up all the different vendors on board. We can find all the extensions & plugin which helps make any customized build. It is extremely simple to understand the platform & has a lot of free necessary stuff available. Cons is an all-rounder in terms of performance. But it needs some improvement including adding more tools & plug-ins and improving cross-platform accessibility & CRM. I have felt that they have been a partner and not just a vendor from the beginning of this effort, and the platform/software has proven to be flexible when needed. Pros It was a huge benefit to be able to build my online marketplace from the platform rather than starting from scratch. They offered several modules that we were able to configure and also allowed for customizations. Cons is improving its user instructions through its online knowledgebase library. Documentation of how to use all platform features and functions was an initial challenge that is improving. Also, the on going support they provide is unparalleled. Cons Completion of complex marketplaces reveal the need to develop additional modules to help support certain unique functionalities. Though these modules may not be available at the time, will always make a solution available and work towards developing these modules in due course. Pros Ease of use and support from . Made setting up platforms across multiple sites easy. Cons For our brand customers, a huge pain point was that they MUST have had an ipad only. There was no option for android, mobile, or PC to acknowledge, process orders and the like. To this point, have been amazing and created a PC based solution.
