### "Clearooms Made Hybrid Office Scheduling Much Easier For Our Team"

Overall has been pretty useful for managing hybrid office scheduling without overcomplicating things. Before using it people were constantly messaging each other asking who booked which desk or whether meeting rooms were free and honestly it became messy once hybrid work increased. Now most of that coordination happens automatically through bookings and availability views which saves time and avoids small daily confusion. We mainly used it for desk booking meeting room management and checking office attendance before coming on site. And it's not some super advanced platform with tons of flashy features but that's also part of why people actually use it regularly. For day to day hybrid office management it does the job well and removes a lot of unnecessary back and forth.

Pros

What I liked most with is that it made hybrid office scheduling way less confusing compared to the old process of asking around on Slack or checking random spreadsheets to see who was coming in. People can quickly book desks or meeting rooms themselves and the floor plan view honestly helps a lot when teams want to sit together on certain days. The setup is also straightforward for normal users. Most people in our office understood it without needing much training otherwise complicated workspace tools usually get ignored. Outlook calendar sync worked well for us most of the time and automatic booking visibility reduced double quite a bit.

Cons

The platform is simple overall but some settings and configurations can feel a little confusing initially when managing multiple office areas or changing floor layouts later. Also had a few situations where calendar syncing or desk availability updates took slightly longer to refresh. Reporting is decent for basic usage but I still feel analytics and occupancy insights could be more detailed especially for larger hybrid teams trying to track office usage trends properly.

Very happy with the system, pleased to be using it. Not had any complaints from the team which is praising indeed given they build digital solutions themselves.

Pros

Value for money, we have 80 staff 22 desks. The way other systems are costed was disproportionate to the usage we would have. Also, Dawn is so helpful, in my new role I’m dealing with a lot of different systems and struggling immensely with trying to get an account manager or a customer support person to actually listen to me and help me with an issue I have. Dawn has been great for this. Employee of the month.

Cons

As an admin, the back section has quite a lot of intricate detail. I appreciate for bigger companies who have multiple buildings it’s probably required but for our version it feels that may be a lie to touch back system admin would be potentially better. Sometimes I feel lost when I’m looking for something unless I know exactly what it is that I’m looking for.

The team that built the power apps were no longer employed by the business additionally purchasing a system purposely built for desk booking made more sense than struggling to build something ourselves. Future development will enhance the system whereas we would’ve only created our own version and then stopped.

Through hot desking our workforce has adapted well by having control of where to work at any given time through . Every member of the team can access the mobile-friendly application to book a desk depending on their availability and this increases independence.

Cons

The notification system could be enhanced as well as the assessment of the amount of work to be done. In some instances the alerts about upcoming bookings were sometimes omitted or maybe late a thing that created slight inconvenience.

Overall, we are very happy with . It has largely been a set and forget solution for us, with users adopting the application without any issues. It is straightforward and does what we need, while still providing the security features we require.

Pros

We implemented in early 2023. It was the simplest hot desking management tool to set up, with built in support for SSO and user provisioning. It also came in at a lower cost than competing options. Whenever we have needed assistance, the support team has been straightforward and responsive. An added benefit is that Clearooms supports visitor registration alongside meeting room bookings. Our team accesses the platform through the Teams integration, the mobile app, and the web interface. They particularly value being able to see their booked desk on the uploaded floor plans.

Cons

Placing all desks on the floor plan can be a little fiddly. The app’s design could also be improved but given the overall value it is a minor drawback.

My experience about was amazing and i feel they have a great user interface and clean Booking system . They have option to integrate multiple software seamlessly with popular calendar systems like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, allowing users to see room availability and book spaces directly from their calendars. They have amazing features And have an Amazing customer support which helps us book rooms very effectively .

Pros

The best thing about is they have An exclusive option to book meeting rooms as well as they have workspaces and other resources efficiently. They have an amazing User interface and a great dashboard which helps to manage things very conveniently and efficiently.

Cons

Nothing i like their services and they don't have such cons . i feel happy about it and their services are great .

After two years of using this - it is our go to booking system for hot desks around the country. No major issues during our time using it and a very simple symstem to use.

Pros

Its clean and simple to use, we have this rolled out to 250 employees in the UK and very rarely have any issues, the guys at are always on hand to support for minor changes I need making to my room plans.

Cons

I find the mobile app a bit glitchy sometimes but its always resolved quickly. This doesnt happen too much so not a huge issue.

We decided to get post-Pandemic when hot desking became our new norm. Getting our floor plan created on Clearooms was a super easy process which involved us sending over our floor plan which was then created digitally. If we required any changes, these were really easy to do. It has been great having \[sensitive content hidden\] as our contact. She provides such prompt responses and is so efficient when we wanted things changed or needed to edit our package. Her customer service has been excellent!

Pros

is an extremely easy platform to use. Booking a desk is a 2 second process and it provides a great visual on who is 'in' the office - no need to email people and ask as you can just check Clearooms to see who has booked which desk!

Cons

I think the only thing I would like is the ability to do same day bookings as I don't think we are able to do this, unless I am wrong!

Pros

streamlines desk booking throughout several sites. Being able to upload our own floor plan makes booking so much easier and more accessible, too.

Cons

Some of the more advanced settings can be a little confusing but the support team do help in a swift manner.

During the initial setup the desks’ and rooms’ details were entered manually which was inconvenient since our office is quite large. It would have been convenient if this data could be uploaded in bulk.

By implementing we have managed to change our approach to workspace booking for the better. The possibility to see which desks are available to book at the moment contributes immensely to how easy it is to book an appropriate place.

Cons

I’ve seen multiple problems such as inability to book desks for 15 or for 30 minutes only. The current system only allows for hourly bookings and therefore it might not meet the needs of a candidate who needs to rent for a shorter time.

’ use of real-time desk and room availability has enabled easy bookings. Recapturing of the pre-existing calendars enables organization of schedules and coordination in order to avoid clash of dates by everyone.

Cons

I realized that there are no other notifications for low battery on the room consoles other than through Slack or email. It need to be delivered directly within the mobile app to make it easier to respond as soon as possible.

It is also important to note that is compatible across different platforms. Regarding the access to the system by desktop or mobile devices the same experience will be provided to all the team members to book the spaces.

Cons

As for the reporting analytics it deserves somewhat criticisms as well. The regular gaps that we experience when analyzing space in detail hamper the ability to make informed decisions when managing offices.​

There are many pros of but here I am going to mention my favourite one. The real time monitoring feature of software in which software provides real-time data collection in monitorings helps a lot in management.

Cons

The only thing I feel that can be con for is its complex user interface, the new users may find it difficult to use it in starting.
