The overall experience with Clearooms has been magnificent. Unlike before, now we are not struggling with chaos during meetings since everyone can easily find which desk or room is free and which are fully occupied. Clearooms has saved us from poor meeting space management that used to cost us dearly.

Pros

The floor plans that make is possible to have clear view of all the meeting rooms from a single dashboard. The insightful reports that help monitor all meeting rooms activities. The availability indicator function that directs which desk and room are available and which are fully booked.

Cons

No features in Clearooms has ever underperformed. There has been no annoying experience.

Overall, we are very happy with Clearooms. It has largely been a set and forget solution for us, with users adopting the application without any issues. It is straightforward and does what we need, while still providing the security features we require.

Pros

We implemented Clearooms in early 2023. It was the simplest hot desking management tool to set up, with built in support for SSO and user provisioning. It also came in at a lower cost than competing options. Whenever we have needed assistance, the support team has been straightforward and responsive. An added benefit is that Clearooms supports visitor registration alongside meeting room bookings. Our team accesses the platform through the Teams integration, the mobile app, and the web interface. They particularly value being able to see their booked desk on the uploaded floor plans.

Cons

Placing all desks on the floor plan can be a little fiddly. The app’s design could also be improved but given the overall value it is a minor drawback.

Pros

Through hot desking our workforce has adapted well by having control of where to work at any given time through Clearooms. Every member of the team can access the mobile-friendly application to book a desk depending on their availability and this increases independence.

Cons

The notification system could be enhanced as well as the assessment of the amount of work to be done. In some instances the alerts about upcoming bookings were sometimes omitted or maybe late a thing that created slight inconvenience.

Very happy with the system, pleased to be using it. Not had any complaints from the team which is praising indeed given they build digital solutions themselves.

Pros

Value for money, we have 80 staff 22 desks. The way other systems are costed was disproportionate to the usage we would have. Also, Dawn is so helpful, in my new role I’m dealing with a lot of different systems and struggling immensely with trying to get an account manager or a customer support person to actually listen to me and help me with an issue I have. Dawn has been great for this. Employee of the month.

Cons

As an admin, the back section has quite a lot of intricate detail. I appreciate for bigger companies who have multiple buildings it’s probably required but for our version it feels that may be a lie to touch back system admin would be potentially better. Sometimes I feel lost when I’m looking for something unless I know exactly what it is that I’m looking for.

The team that built the power apps were no longer employed by the business additionally purchasing a system purposely built for desk booking made more sense than struggling to build something ourselves. Future development will enhance the system whereas we would’ve only created our own version and then stopped.

My experience about Clearooms was amazing and i feel they have a great user interface and clean Booking system . They have option to integrate multiple software seamlessly with popular calendar systems like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, allowing users to see room availability and book spaces directly from their calendars. They have amazing features And have an Amazing customer support which helps us book rooms very effectively .

Pros

The best thing about Clearooms is they have An exclusive option to book meeting rooms as well as they have workspaces and other resources efficiently. They have an amazing User interface and a great dashboard which helps to manage things very conveniently and efficiently.

Cons

Nothing i like their services and they don't have such cons . i feel happy about it and their services are great .

Clearooms has resolved a lot of our challaenges around space management. Our team can easily find available spaces without any confusion. It's also nice that it tracks usage analytics, making it possible to optimize our space better. Barring minor hiccups, it delivers well on its core promise.

Pros

Clearooms makes managing office space a breeze. It offers an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface, making it visually easy to understand availability. I particularly like its integration with Google Workspace.

Cons

The app can lag during peak times, causing delays in real-time updates.

After two years of using this - it is our go to booking system for hot desks around the country. No major issues during our time using it and a very simple symstem to use.

Pros

Its clean and simple to use, we have this rolled out to 250 employees in the UK and very rarely have any issues, the guys at Clearooms are always on hand to support for minor changes I need making to my room plans.

Cons

I find the mobile app a bit glitchy sometimes but its always resolved quickly. This doesnt happen too much so not a huge issue.

We decided to get Clearooms post-Pandemic when hot desking became our new norm. Getting our floor plan created on Clearooms was a super easy process which involved us sending over our floor plan which was then created digitally. If we required any changes, these were really easy to do. It has been great having \[sensitive content hidden\] as our contact. She provides such prompt responses and is so efficient when we wanted things changed or needed to edit our package. Her customer service has been excellent!

Pros

Clearooms is an extremely easy platform to use. Booking a desk is a 2 second process and it provides a great visual on who is 'in' the office - no need to email people and ask as you can just check Clearooms to see who has booked which desk!

Cons

I think the only thing I would like is the ability to do same day bookings as I don't think we are able to do this, unless I am wrong!

Pros

Clearooms streamlines desk booking throughout several sites. Being able to upload our own floor plan makes booking so much easier and more accessible, too.

Cons

Some of the more advanced settings can be a little confusing but the support team do help in a swift manner.

Pros

I have found the meeting room scheduling feature of Clearooms useful for our organization. This gives the flexibility in somehow creating specific policies like banning any booking during the evening hours and the banned length of meetings so as to ensure fair usage of the spaces.

Cons

One of the functional issues we’ve encountered is the absence of integration with the currently used calendar system. This leaves the schedules out of synchronization and needs manual intervention to align them which leads to such discrepancies.

Cons

There is no option for check-ins where people can book for part of the day on the mobile application. This constraint ensures that the users have to use the desktop version to do this, which may not be the most convenient to an employee on the move.
