Pros

The ease of booking, whether desk or chair.

Cons

The colour indicators don't always work properly. For example, rooms sometimes show as booked for part of the day, but when you click on the indicator to check for what time periods it is booked, it's free all day.

My company implemented this a few months ago and i can highly recommend it for desk booking, meeting room booking, car park space booking

Pros

this software is so easy to use - no need to log in, its just there in my favourites. See at a glance on any day who is in, where they are sitting, the equipment on each desk. Its a single click to book my preferred desk. I get an email notification too - useful if i cant to check from my phone that i'm booked in. If i change my mind its just as easy to cancel

Cons

minor gripe it loads with the floor plan enlarged - just click shrink plan to see a shrunk version

We've had a few issues with people unable to book desks but usually its been pretty easy to resolve

Solved the hotdesk problem - now there's on risk of coming in and finding there isn't room for you

Pros

Returning to the office with a bigger team and still dealing with covid regulations required a solution where desk booking was possible. It's very easy to use and nice that we have an visual layout of the office to refer to. The ease of use is great

Cons

Would like to see a list of who is booked in each day from the front page - and perhaps the ability to book within google calendar

Clearooms is a key part of CloudPay's process for using the office and is mandatory fro people to use before using the office.

Pros

The product is itself very useful and is used as a necessity by a lot of CloudPay employees before coming to the office. it is a mandatory requirement. It is very user friendly and useful for reports usage. Updates are improving it as well recently being able to add an individual to multiple groups is helpful

Cons

I have shared some areas of improvement, mainly being able to book certain days for specific teams or individuals and then the other days for anyone to use

Good - serves its purpose

Pros

Super quick and easy to book and check-in to our open desk policy through Clearooms

Cons

This form could do with improving... not all questions are relevant to me (or clear what is required of me) based on mm user type. E.g. I'm not the admin, so cannot comment on the price! There's no option to even say N/A.

Customer service has been exceptional, any help and advice we have needed has been received almost immediately. It was very simple and straightforward to set up and was quickly implemented with no fuss.

Pros

It is very simple to use, setup and amend features and it is visually clear and well set out.

Cons

There have been no aspects so far that we have not liked.

Reason for choosing Clearooms

We chose Clearooms because they offered a monthly package as an alternative to an annual package. Other companies we had spoken to did not offer the monthly package. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was great in explaining the product and answering our many questions we sent him.

Well priced easy to use solution that does what it says on the tin. Not full of a long list of fancy features that are never going to be fully used but are paid for.

Pros

Ability to add photos of our office. Easy to use. Looks modern and fresh. App functionality good. Reasonably priced.

Cons

Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot. Half hour, or full customisation would be great.

Hi Martin, Thanks for the review, just so you are aware there is an option to restrict check in's to just when in the office. The QR Code kiosk provides this feature so users can only checkin in via the QR code and it changes daily. Pros

I like the simple easy way that my team can book their desks and the I can book a meeting room.

Cons

Maybe be able to book a month in advance, but really it is just perfect as it is..

Pros

Simple to use, clear to see which desks are available

Cons

When opening the site it automatically shows our Naples office rather than our UK one, I suppose this cannot be changed but can be a little frustrating

Pros

Easy to use and really clear as a user to book desks. Support if needed to use Clearooms is really good and timely. Overall a really good package that is updated and made better using consumer feedback

Cons

wish the user page wouldn't revert back to the first page once you exit a user

The software was incredibly easy to set up in the middle of the pandemic at short notice, and had easy-to use configurable options to ensure we could get our offices covid secure in a very short amount of time.

Cons

Initially the mobile app felt a bit clunky and could be slow to load, but this has improved a lot recently.

Reason for choosing Clearooms

A colleague had trialled it, recommended we gave it a go, we liked what we saw and it was at an attractive price point.

It's very easy to book seats and check whos located were and book accordingly.

Cons

I would prefer if we could set notifications for seat availability, so if someone cancels, you should be able to reassign that seat automatically or get a notification about its newfound availability.

Very good, I like using it and it is key to helping me work on a hybrid basis.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how quickly you can see which desks are free and where. It is easy to identify who else will be in and therefore plan my work accordingly.

Cons

It shows the car parking for another site as the default page not the desk booking for my office which can be a bit frustrating.

We started using clearooms post lockdowns when we started to move to a flexible working solution. It is a simple way to check when team members are likely to be in the office, and to book your work space.
