It's quite expensive but at the same time you get what you pay for is truly an extraordinary CRM probably the best I've ever used

Pros

I like how it covers all the different aspects of which the industry in which we operate under

Cons

Once again it covers every aspect of all the necessary coverage into maximize all potential for our business day-to-day operations

Switched from

I figured that there was something probably better out there for the particular industries of which we cover in our day-to-day operations

Customer service is amazing. If there is an issue, they are so quick to fix and implement changes.

Pros

The way it works well for our industry.

Cons

Overall the software is great, but would like to see more communication between company, contacts and fundraising within the system.
