The team continues to make improvements without sacrificing the original framework. When you have a problem, you talk to real people, with true expertise with the project. Often, not only do we solve the problem, we learn new ways to improve our workflow. Pros It is perfectly tailored to the industry. The personal attention and hands on explanations for any issues we may encounter goes above and beyond what anyone could expect from a software company. Cons I'm looking forward to the new, more intuitive UI. I've seen previews and it looks like it will be a great step forward. Alternatives considered [Procore Estimating](https://www.capterra.com/p/157661/Esticom/) Reasons for choosing Estimating Link Estimating link is more focused for our type of contracting, and the support we receive is well above what we could get at any large software firm. Going from 2-3 days to finish a larger proposal, I can now finish them in as little as six hours. This gives me more time to look into new jobs and has increased my total output as an estimator dramatically. Pros Estimating Link has created a way for me to drastically speed up the estimating process. Using crews and having saved material costs has created a system that I can use to be very efficient. Saving time by adding multiple things at once has created a much more streamlined process. Cons Can be slow and a little buggy at times, can be confusing when starting to understand the different processes, but overall I am very happy with the decision.
