Working with H2Safety has helped introduce Ember Resources management team and front line staff to one easy to use tool throughout our entire organization. At implementation H2Safety not only recommended ‘Set-Up’ guidance and training with their initial services, but continually offer ongoing supports, recommendations and opportunities for improvements. Their outstanding sales and IT staff are willing to work with customers to be flexible and continually striving to build a better more competitive ERP software solution that will meet the needs of end users. The H2CC ERP software is not built as a one product fits all, but instead offers a suite of tools designed with customer flexibility to pick and choose the pieces of the platform that best fit an individual company size and needs based on risks for a variety of industries. Actions taken in the initial minutes of an emergency are critical, H2CC not only helps with quick and seamless notifications but continues to capture the event in ‘real time’ with multiple tools (Mapping, ICS forms and Org charts, Assigned Roles, Pictures) then continuing to manage the emergency right through to the final reporting requirements. H2Safety looks at the big picture, not just a software solution. Experienced staff are always available for training expertise, facilitating ERP exercises or IT support and troubleshooting. They also offer a wide selection of classroom and online ICS/ ERP related training. Ember Resources has found H2Safet

H2Safety 's outstanding sales and IT staff are willing to work with customers to be flexible and continually striving to build a better more competitive ERP software solution that will meet the needs of end users.

Cons

Moving through new releases is a bit of a process, and timelines can sometimes be a moving target but understand that H2Safety wants the best product they can offer and more often than not, that can take a bit longer than anticipated. H2Ssafety offers assistance during the releases which included demonstrations and support to ensure that the revision works well for each customer base.
