Dub was strongly recommended to me by three independent experts, and they were all correct! They even did a presentation for our mastermind group. Pros The features are off the charts. Nothing else compares to what Dubb can do. My personal favorite features are the presets and customizations that are available. Cons It is almost (but not quite) overwhelming what you can do. So I never actually used the service for like 7 months of the year which was fine because I paid for it. But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds. To me that's poor customer service. I had to ask them to go in on the back end and turn off the auto renew! Sneaky business. If I actually was using it and tried to get a refund I understand but I never got an email letting me know your auto renew subscription is coming up or anything. I use lots of programs, some work great some don't i've never not had a business offer a refund though. But the most impressive feature is access to the executives. I don't think I have experienced high level contact and someone like \[sensitive content hidden\] who seemed genuinely concerned about getting me (a modest tech user) set up and running. Cons Initially I felt like I was in a spaceship and all I needed was a horse but after a little trial and error I was able to figure out most of the features after the 1 hour onboarding.
