Pros The very best thing is the Customer service - OUTSTANDING - they care about their customer and go above and beyond to make sure you get value from their product. If I could multiply them as service providers, running a business would be so less stressful and so much more productive. Cons The CRM is a bit old school - but usable and there. I quickly mastered the great program get-to-go features, and now I can expand more rapidly with my lead than I ever could before. For such a strong application, the money is absolutely worth it. Pros I've used this product and have found the CRM capabilities, user interface, and customer service to be of the highest caliber. It is user-friendly and simple to use. They genuinely do their hardest to help their customers run their businesses better and expand more successfully. Cons This application has such strong functionality. Dubb makes it easy for users to share content with clients. Pros We use Dubb to host video we produce outside & within the Dubb platform to keep our clients informed of new solutions. We decided to use Dubb in lieu of our last hosting platform, because of the ability to apply multiple calls to action on a video landing page. Providing multiple ways for our clients to connect with us at their convenience is critical for us; Dubb provided the best options and value in this department. The other stand out feature is the Video Showcases that are essentially dynamic video playlists that we embed on our website. These are fantastic because the products we represent in our market fall into many different categories related to product type and application. With Showcases we are able to segment our videos into different playlist and they also feature a keyword search tool related to the tags we apply to each video and the video names. Dubb screen recording has also been a great solution for creating demos for our clients. Cons I believe the email marketing feature is still being developed and isn't at a stage where it makes sense for our use case at the moment. I think that with as time goes on, I will figure out ways to simplify my outreach process by using more of Dubbs functionality. Pros I was able to do what I needed quickly and easily the first time I used Dubb. I am not super techie and the day I signed up for an account I completed my project: uploaded my video, added captions, and downloaded the video for use on my webpage. Cons It does a lot of things, more than I needed at the time, and figuring out all the things it could do seemed complicated to me. Reason for choosing Dubb Dubb did what I needed. I love the video instruction library that covers a broad range of topics. If I get stuck, I know that I can get help which is extremely important to me. I look forward to learning more about the other features that I have not had time to explore. Great team at DUBB and I highly recommend them. Pros I am not tech savvy however; I was able to follow the step-by-step instructions and get myself started. I have sent out over 200 emails and have a 48% open rate to cold leads. I also prefer to use the screen in screen record feature and send out valuable info filled videos that I have had an 80% success rate with. Thus, keeping me in touch with my network with actual information they want. Cons I haven't discovered anything yet. My strategy was to start off with a call to the business to let them know I'd be follow-up via email (keep in my, they've never met me). As soon as I started sending a video email (after initially prepping them) my response rate TRIPLED! With a little personality and charm, I got hard meetings set up and a few led to current clients.
