But the most impressive feature is access to the executives. I don't think I have experienced high level contact and someone like \[sensitive content hidden\] who seemed genuinely concerned about getting me (a modest tech user) set up and running. Cons Initially I felt like I was in a spaceship and all I needed was a horse but after a little trial and error I was able to figure out most of the features after the 1 hour onboarding. There is a learning curve but there are lots of videos to get you over the humps and also a chat feature. Pros This is easy to use and places "you" your voice and face out to your clients. Cons There could be a midpoint in pricing for call in support. February 5, 2022 5.0 I purchased Dubb back by the end of 2018, when it was pretty much an incredible idea! It has grown to become this incredible solution to have presence in your prospects/customers life! Its invaluable and ever growing! If I had the opportunity to get back in time I would have heavily invested in their future! Pros The ability to easily interact using video with prospects/customers while being able to track and steer your communication based on all the feedback you can get. Pros It was easy to set up and create videos directly on my phone. On a basic level it achieved its original promise. Cons I had a lot of hope for Dubb but in the end it did not deliver. It has it all, you can send campaigns (love that part) with videos ! And the videos you send are interactive, so easy and so useful, our viewers love it and are just amazed with it. We use it daily! Cons There is nothing that I dont like with Dubb. They are also adding features weekly so their always ahead of their game! Reason for choosing Dubb Because they are simply the best. Pros Dubb is an easy-to-use video communication platform for creating outreach campaigns and sending video messages via email to clients and prospects. It's intuitive, user-friendly, and has many customization options. Cons Dubb does not seem to have any cons to me. There is only one thing I dislike about this system: there is no CNAME feature. When I signed up for a free trial, someone called me within minutes and offered to sign me up for a free, interactive training webinar. Pros I LOVE that I can create landing pages with integrated documents and my Calendly account. It makes it super easy for the recipient to have everything they need in one place. Cons The teleprompter feature is mobile-only. I wish that feature was also available on Chrome. The only other thing I don't like is that the video quality when you use a green screen or virtual or blurred background is bad - they say you need a certain speed on your computer or something which I guess mine doesn't have. They have an easy-to-follow checklist for successful onboarding. My team needed very little training to implement. Leads and clients have commented on how impressed they are with video messages! Pros Intuitive setup and go user interface. It was super easy adding on additional team members and even better- they hardly needed any training. They simply click on my video and see/hear ME, rather than just a lengthy email or series of emails. The GIF of me waving and smiling with a big play button is irresistible and far superior than all the other plain text emails landing in spam folders. My client engagement soared once I implemented Dubb videos as my first interaction with leads.
