Response to prospects. Videos for website... etc. Pros The product is easy to use. Great features. Great support staff. The more you use the program the more ideas you come up with to expand your use of the software. It can impact your business in many, many ways. Cons When you watch all the videos, you get overwhelmed momentarily (because the program has so many features that make the creation of various videos easier. After you have walked through the features, it all starts to fall in place quickly. Reason for choosing Dubb Sincere, fast customer support. Not just a video production product. Pros It's easy to upload a video or record right from the site, edit, add an email and name in so the name shows up on the top of the video, and then send the gif to my clients. I love getting notifications that someone has watched my videos and can give their feedback via emojis. There's a huge amount of capability in this app that I haven't even touched. I could utilize the option to add videos to my newsletter system Active campaign but haven't done that yet. Cons Even after all this time I haven't delved into the power of Dubb so I don't have any "least like" because what I use Dubb for I love how easy it is to use. Review Source Marcell C. The features they are working on also are very thoughtful for the future of work. They seem very committed to making this the easiest platform to create sales and I can see the future of this being very bright. Cons The landing pages feature needs a huge update. It's just way too confusing to even play around with and try to figure out. I think majority of dubb customers would appreciate a collection of 10 plug and play "sales" pages for medium and longform content templates to traditional sales pages in a seamless way. Pros Smart personalised videos for customers and alliance partners The landing pages for the videos are fantastic because with Presets, they're ready to go straight away. Great to email straight from app, or copy vid code over to paste into an email and it's super easy. Thank you Dubb for a great app. Cons Many pros outweigh few cons, so I choose to continue to use the app. Video upload on IOS app will fail if leave the app before the upload is completed. I've found it to be a really engaging way to deliver communicate with people. People seem to like the Emojis too. Pros It's very easy to record a video in Chrome — I love how it does all the uploading for you. It even titles the video based on what's on your screen - this is powerful magic. January 21, 2021 4.0 Dubb - Video Communication Platform was a huge help in screen recording. During this time of the pandemic, where classes turned into online, we teachers more likely needed to screen record some of our discussions for a better understanding of the students. It made our tasks easier and also for the students since it is clear and concise, unlike other platforms that provide the same services. Pros The reliability, how it is so simple to use, and the security features. Cons I think it would be the duration of the free trial since the amount is likely to be an investment, as a user I would likely love to learn how to use it before investing in the platform itself. We love it. Pros We are still refining the process but we generally love Dubb - in our space of medical sales it really helps you stand out and offer something very new and different. Cons The response on a customer service has been a little annoying at times. We've had times when we didnt even get a response back. I have also been told that people have decided to meet with me because they received a video to connect. Pros My favorite feature of this product is that the email messages are embedded. That alone is worth the price of the software. Cons I'm not a young "techie" so I'm probably a little slower learner than many, but again, the support I get from Darius @ Dubb is amazing.
