In addition to getting our books aligned, the data migration was seamless and easy. We transferred our general ledger, chart of accounts, and division of interests for the wells in less than a week. They worked very fast and continued to make sure I was updated on the progress. We moved over all our books in a week. Pros I like the that the accounts receivable and payable are very user friendly. I was able to follow along from the first demo call and once I was on the platform, everything was just as intuitive. Cons Files take some time generate depending on the size of the data. For instance, each year we need to generate well profitability reports for review and with over 500 wells and each one with several hundred transcations, it takes a while for it to come through. Switched from [PakEnergy Accounting](https://www.capterra.com/p/39408/WolfePak-Financial-Software/) Wolfpak started to increase their price to an amount that just did not make sense for what we needed so we decided to start seeing what was else was available for our simple oil and gas needs. Petrofly does an great job at making revenue cycles easy for us to get payments out on time. Pros From our first conversation, Petrofly's industry knowledge was apparent. Their team understood all the challenges we deal with in oil and gas especially the challenges we face working with investors and royalty owners. Cons We would like more control on the customizations regarding the reports. Whenever we need a customization, we need to call support. It is a good thing they pick up immediately to help us out. They can customize the software to fit my company's needs and helped me to set up and transition all data to their software. Cons They at first seemed to target only in preparing royalty payments and joint interest billing, but after some discussion, they were able to customize their software to have accounting modules.
