"Amazon Chime: On-Demand Service for Streamlined Collaborations"

**Overall:** IT is a reliable, on-demand service that can be accessed anytime. The key advantage is that with just a few configurations, our real work environment gets quickly provisioned.

**Pros:** The built-in service, Amazon Chime, enables seamless work collaboration without the need for third-party apps. moreover "Honey code" appears to be a valuable feature due to its low-code requirements, although we did not utilize it. Instead, we rely on Work Link for our homegrown application.

**Cons:** The service occasionally experiences slowdowns, but it is difficult to determine whether this is due to network speed or computational inefficiency. Additionally, there is no provision for a shared user concept.

"Great product for RDP Sessions"

**Overall:** Very positive, can be a bit tricky to understand all the layers.

**Pros:** Ability to use for remote work and security.

**Cons:** Tech support via Amazon is lacking. We use CDW for 3rd party support.
