I have been using it for about 1year and I had no issues with it. After an initial setup, all has worked perfectly and the has been extremely helpful. They are also super active in developing new functionalities, I love the new Interface. Most importantly my revenue YOY has grown 23%, which is the number one reason I started using this in the first place. Cons I am missing a Rate Shopping for competitors, but the team is working on it. Overall I have nothing really to complain about. SmartPricing in addition to do it for me, it’s earning me a lot more, even in “Pandemic Covid Time” Pros I really like this software because it’s very easy, really for everyone. It’s fast, and intuitive, and cheap. Cons This software doesn’t have a mobile app, that will be very useful when you are out or don’t have your laptot with you. But I think it will arrive soon. You could immagine in a city like Verona how difficult was taking care of all events , starting by Arena! Pros This software is really the best: it's really helpful for increasing incoming optimizing selling prices and without doing anything! Cons It's difficult to say what I like least, maybe it could be little faster regarding updates, but I believe that the question is that machine learning take little time more, but It's absolutely useful. Già nella prima stagione l'aumento di fatturato è stato notevole. L'anno scorso, nonostante la crisi covid, c'è stato comunque un aumento di fatturato notevole. Pros Un sistema eccezionale di una semplicità disarmante per noi albergatori. Connettono tutto loro in automatico e fanno realmente aumentare in maniera considerevole il prezzo medio di vendita. Ma il cuore di smartpricing è l’intelligenza artificiale che analizzano una quantità immensa di dati determina il prezzo migliore per ogni giorno, cambiandolo nel tempo per massimizzare il fatturato annuo. Inoltre l’interfaccia chiara e fruibile permette di avere una visione d’insieme dei prezzi nell’anno e qualora io voglia impostare velocemente dei prezzi diversi da quelli suggeriti posso farlo, con degli strumenti chiari. E l’azienda è italiana e in continua evoluzione. Cons Nessun inconveniente. Il software è in continua evoluzione.
