Unsere Dienstplanung läuft jetzt viel effizienter. Die Einführung war easy, und auch neue Kolleginnen finden sich schnell zurecht. Es ist ein modernes, zuverlässiges Tool, das sich ständig weiterentwickelt. Cons Es fehlen noch ein paar kleinere Features, z. B. ein Tool für Urlaubsanträge mit mehr Genehmigungsstufen. Es wäre auch cool, wenn man das Programm besser mit gängigen Lohnbuchhaltungs-Programmen integrieren könnte. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen mit Aplano gemacht. Die Plattform ist modern und benutzerfreundlich. Damit kannst du deine Mitarbeiter einfach und schnell einteilen und ihre Arbeitszeiten erfassen. Besonders praktisch ist die mobile App. Damit haben sowohl Planer:innen als auch Mitarbeitende jederzeit Zugriff auf aktuelle Schichten, Urlaubsanträge und Nachrichten. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und das System lässt sich schnell in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren. Aplano spart uns nicht nur Zeit, sondern reduziert auch Kommunikationsfehler deutlich, da alle Infos zentral gebündelt sind. Ich sehe ein paar kleine Verbesserungen, zum Beispiel bei der Flexibilität bei der Konfiguration und bei den Benachrichtigungen. Aber insgesamt ist das Tool echt zuverlässig, datenschutzkonform und hat ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Pros Die Digitale DienstpIch benutze Aplano für die digitale Dienstplanung und Zeiterfassung in unserem Team und bin echt zufrieden mit dem Tool. Was ich besonders gut finde: Die Benutzeroberfläche ist modern, übersichtlich und selbsterklärend – auch neue Mitarbeiter kommen schnell damit zurecht. Die mobile App ist echt top, weil alle Funktionen auch mobil verfügbar sind, z. B. Schichttausch, Benachrichtigungen und Urlaubsanträge. Cons Und wir passen das Programm auch an, wenn du das willst. Ein paar kleinere Anpassungen in der Darstellung oder bei den Rollenberechtigungen wären echt hilfreich. Da fehlt noch ein bisschen Flexibilität.
