Bij vragen kun je gemakkelijk terecht bij de klantenservice, die je snel en goed advies geven waarmee je direct geholpen bent en met je werk direct verder kunt gaan. Een fijne samenwerking zonder veel gedoe! Pros De website is duidelijk en gemakkelijk in gebruik te nemen. Met de laatste update is het zelfs mogelijk om alles vooraf in te stellen waardoor het voor mij nog makkelijker werkt. Als het een keer nodig is, dan is de klantenservice zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Cons Er is één minpuntje, dat betreft het aantal e-mails wat verstuurd wordt om mijn activiteiten te bevestigen. Pros Leicht zu bedienen und alles da was man braucht. Das Preismodell ist für uns perfekt, da kein Abo und abgestuft nach 3 Bedarfsumfängen. Cons Das man Adressen nicht importieren kann. Ansonsten habe ich derzeit keine weiteren Anregungen für das Team. Mocht er onverhoopt een storing zijn, dan wordt er ook vanuit Signhost actief gecommuniceerd met de gebruikers Pros \- App is eenvoudig in gebruik - Beheer is makkelijk en je hebt duidelijk overzicht - Fijne support - Duidelijke communicatie met gebruikers Cons Eigenlijk kan ik niet zo goed een minpunt bedenken. Echter als ik er dan een moet noemen dan is het dat ik niet zelf kan zien als een mailadres op de blok lijst is terecht gekomen, daarvoor heb ik de support nodig.
