## What is sync4?

sync4 is an interface for your ERP system and any online shop platform. sync4 is installed locally on your Windows system and establishes a connection to your shop either manually or on a scheduled basis. This means your shop system continues to run independently on your provider’s servers. With the help of sync4 middleware software, your data and products are synchronised between your ERP system and an online shop. In sync4, you can prepare your product data and enrich it with additional images, videos or PDFs, as well as Google metadata. Many ERP systems, such as SAP Business One, 42 Software, Lexware, Sage or Büro+, do not offer an integrated interface to an online shop. However, an interface is required for product synchronisation in any online shop, such as Gambio, xtc-Modified or xt-Commerce. sync4 software offers precisely this interface capability via middleware and manages the complete synchronisation of your ERP system with the online shop.
