Their team is very valuable. You don't need to be a professional to use this program. A person who understands a little computer and is willing can do great things using this program. The team has already prepared great videos on how to use the program with youtube videos. Cons I don't have much trouble with the program, but after I make a video, it takes a while for the video to be ready. This may be related to my computer being slow. This problem can be overcome on a faster and fully equipped computer. Pros I’ve been using CreateStudio for years, even before Banzai took it over, and it has consistently stood out as by far the easiest video editor and animation software on the market. The learning curve is remarkably gentle, so I was able to start creating polished videos quickly without spending hours figuring out the interface. I also really liked how intuitive the workflow feels, which makes it easy to move from idea to finished project with very little friction. For anyone who wants to produce professional-looking content without getting bogged down in technical complexity, that’s a huge advantage. Cons The biggest drawback is that large projects can slow things down quite a bit. Rendering final videos sometimes takes longer than expected, and processing edits can occasionally feel sluggish when projects become more complex. Since the takeover by Banzai, communication from the development team has also noticeably decreased, which used to be one of the strongest positives of the platform. I also think it’s important to be transparent about the pricing structure: the base software is useful on its own, but access to the extensive asset catalog requires a subscription, and AI features require credits. It’s become part of my content stack. I’m getting good views, actual leads, and I’m not burning hours trying to edit. I don’t need fancy transitions or Hollywood polish (which is provided should I need it and have less demanding deadlines of an hour from the boss) — I need videos that get watched and understood. CS4 delivers that. Pros It’s fast, easy to use, and doesn’t get in your way. I can go from concept to finished video in under an hour — even animated stuff — without hiring a team or opening five other apps. The asset library is huge, and everything runs smoothly even on an average laptop. Most tools either look dated or try too hard. This one just works. Create studio works quite differently to other tools I've used like Davinci Resolve, Camtasia, Mango Animate and After effects, and while some parts are very intuitive, I find other parts I have to dig around for the controls. but a great tool, and I can only see this getting better and better. Pros Premade animated Characters, lip sync with audio narration, Doodle animations, tons of premade content. Ability to output 1080P HD footage with Alpha channel. Text tittle animations (but more please). The ability to get a decent looking video in a relatively short amount of time. I think this tool is really going to grow on me and i'm sure I will come to love it. Cons The simple interface means I have to dig around to find out to edit certain things. like how to rename a video you have already made? And I find Panning and zooming the timeline odd and not intuitive. I'd really love some keyboard shortcuts to zoom in on playhead position, and zoom out to entire timeline, and a spacebar to pan the timeline. I've used it to create videos. Edit videos. Downsize videos. And a ton more. Having been a member for 3 years plus, I've used it now and then. My primary business is not with video, so I use it when I need to. I do create advanced stuff though, so it is my go-too tool for all video editing and creation. I find it perfect for my usage. I've looked at other solutions, they were either, very high in pricing, or lacking in options. I've tried some competitors, but I found the value of Createstudio to surpass anyone by a wide mile, and then some. I think it's the best tool out there and they are leaders in the space. Pros Pixar like animations. Ease of use. Professional from a to z in usage. One can enter as a newbie, and learn how to create a professional video FAST. The options, for formats, and well, everything, is VERY well thought out. We can use it for sO many things, and have optimized formats and videos, like one would with tools that cost 10 times this. I looked at several tools before jumping in. Createstudio, delivers the TOP professional tool I needed for my video creation and editing. Only... It surprised me that it was so advanced, and could do so much, yet, it was easy. It is for newbies. It is for HARDCORE advanced marketers. Combining those two, is a feat on its own. But that goes for all things one downloads. So it's not a Createstudio "error". It is simply a bandwith "error". I should have upgraded my internet provider to ensure I have better bandwidth. It's always adding new things, features as well as effects and the community and support is just fantastic that if you have a problem with something, they will get back to you really quickly with real answers and not just some standard answer that a lot of companies use when they're answering support tickets. You're actually speaking to somebody who knows something about the software that'll help you if you actually get stuck Pros If you are a video or contact creator then create studio pro is a must-have. Cons Most of the transitions available don't really fit with videos made for a very professional corporation. They feature lots of emojis and fun animations but it's not quite clean and serious enough for some internal corporate communications. Cons For me there are 3 cons to mention with CreateStudio Pro:You must have an internet connection to work with the software.The time it takes to render a video, especially for larger projects, can be long.Without the optional All Access Pass, you can't share or exchange self-created templates with other users, even if you only use the assets of the basic version.
