I have prepared 44 videos so far. I increase the number every day. I also promote my books with videos, shorts and reels videos with createstudio. Believe me, it works for me. I recommend it to everyone. Pros I like how user-friendly it is. When I have a problem and I send an e-mail, they respond within 10 minutes and solve my problem immediately. Their team is very valuable. You don't need to be a professional to use this program. A person who understands a little computer and is willing can do great things using this program. The team has already prepared great videos on how to use the program with youtube videos. Cons I don't have much trouble with the program, but after I make a video, it takes a while for the video to be ready. This may be related to my computer being slow. This problem can be overcome on a faster and fully equipped computer. Cons The biggest drawback is that large projects can slow things down quite a bit. Rendering final videos sometimes takes longer than expected, and processing edits can occasionally feel sluggish when projects become more complex. Since the takeover by Banzai, communication from the development team has also noticeably decreased, which used to be one of the strongest positives of the platform. It’s become part of my content stack. I’m getting good views, actual leads, and I’m not burning hours trying to edit. I don’t need fancy transitions or Hollywood polish (which is provided should I need it and have less demanding deadlines of an hour from the boss) — I need videos that get watched and understood. CS4 delivers that. Pros It’s fast, easy to use, and doesn’t get in your way. I can go from concept to finished video in under an hour — even animated stuff — without hiring a team or opening five other apps. The asset library is huge, and everything runs smoothly even on an average laptop. Most tools either look dated or try too hard. This one just works. Create studio works quite differently to other tools I've used like Davinci Resolve, Camtasia, Mango Animate and After effects, and while some parts are very intuitive, I find other parts I have to dig around for the controls. but a great tool, and I can only see this getting better and better. Pros Premade animated Characters, lip sync with audio narration, Doodle animations, tons of premade content. Ability to output 1080P HD footage with Alpha channel. Text tittle animations (but more please). The ability to get a decent looking video in a relatively short amount of time. I think this tool is really going to grow on me and i'm sure I will come to love it. Cons The simple interface means I have to dig around to find out to edit certain things. like how to rename a video you have already made? And I find Panning and zooming the timeline odd and not intuitive. I'd really love some keyboard shortcuts to zoom in on playhead position, and zoom out to entire timeline, and a spacebar to pan the timeline. While there is much more advanced video editing software out there, CreateStudio has pioneered a new category of "easy" when it comes to video editing. Cons There are two areas that can use some improvement...1: The rendering time is a common issue with most video editing software, so not really CreateStudio specific, but I think just about everybody will agree that we want faster rendering when exporting the finished product.2. Not sure why, I think that this is some sort of oversight but the name of the currently active project would be nice. No, where on any of the screens of CreateStudio does it display the name or even the file name of the video project currently being edited. Makes it a nightmare when working with many sub-projects or even with versioning. This one baffles my mind how this software doesn't display the currently open video project anywhere. I can't tell you how many dups I have saved with "some\_video\_v1 ... v2 ... etc." because I forgot what file I was working on. I love that I can do work on other software and bring it into CreateStudio to complete what I'm look for that the other program may lack. I use it to promote my own woodturning and artwork. I also use it a lot to help out fellow artists and neighbors I work with at various local galleries and stores. I do not charge these folks for my efforts however. The pieces I am doing are getting good responses on Facebook and Instagram however so I am pleased with it. Pros It has been very versatile to work with. I also use Canva and Viddyoze. I like both of those products but find Create Studio more versatile overall for what I do. I am also looking at Borisfx Continuum and Mocha Pro for other uses. Create Studio would be a good choice if I good only use one. Cons It is not as intuitive as I might prefer. Though the further I get into it the easier it gets. The bulk of the documentation is by videos which is not a very quick way for me to find information on doing things. It is well documented by videos however. Reason for choosing CreateStudio it looked versatile and relatively easy to work with. I will decide after a while if I want to continue with Viddeyoze. They are completely built on templates but have a lot available. I will likely continuing using Canva since I help a lot of people who use it. I am not sure if I will invest in Boris FX products. I was so happy I stumbled across it in an ad and I bought it immediately and started using it and had so much fun with it. It is just fun. It's always adding new things, features as well as effects and the community and support is just fantastic that if you have a problem with something, they will get back to you really quickly with real answers and not just some standard answer that a lot of companies use when they're answering support tickets. You're actually speaking to somebody who knows something about the software that'll help you if you actually get stuck Pros If you are a video or contact creator then create studio pro is a must-have. I've tried a lot other softwares and they all work well, but I find create studio pro is really an all-in-one software that has literally every feature that you could possibly imagine. It's fun, it's easy and the support is like nothing else Cons If you aren't using it on a regular basis and you're paying for the monthly subscription services to access all the extra features, then you might find it a little bit expensive. Although that's not really a complaint, it's just the only thing I could think of that could be viewed as negative for some people. I can make a 30-second animated text promo in maybe 30 minutes. Pros The animation presets, the media library, the huge variety of pre-made animated elements like icons and characters, the text overlays and text animation presets, and the ease of use. Cons Most of the transitions available don't really fit with videos made for a very professional corporation. They feature lots of emojis and fun animations but it's not quite clean and serious enough for some internal corporate communications.
