Zudem stehen Kund:innen während der Implementierung und anschließed im laufenden Betrieb ein Technischer Projektmanager sowie ein Customer Success Manager beratend zur Seite. Das intuitive Teamleiter-Cockpit sowie die umfangreiche Berichtsfunktion mit vielfältigen Auswertungsmöglichkeiten bieten wertvolle Einblicke in Lernfortschritte und Nutzung der (eigenen) Mitarbeiter:innen. Ein Genehmigungsprozess kann hinterlegt werden (leider nur ein einfacher Genehmigungsweg). Besonders geschätzt werden auch die Feedback- und UGC-Funktionen (User Generated Content). Über die Stream- und Neuigkeitenfunktion lassen sich aktuelle Themen oder Inhalte gezielt kommunizieren.
