Eenvoudige PSA software met veel integraties naar andere leveranciers en software aanbieders. Makkelijk in gebruik en overzichtelijk voor het maken van facturen.

Pros

Eenvoudig in gebruik en te koppelen aan veel externe leveranciers. Overzichtelijk platform met veel API mogelijkheden.

Cons

Het toepassen van klant specifieke prijzen en verwerken van korting. Het offerte gedeelte voelt wat achterhaald.

De ervaring met de support van Inserve is persoonlijk en oplossingsgericht. Vragen en meldingen worden serieus genomen en teruggekoppeld. Bij technische knelpunten (zoals prestaties bij grote factuurbatches) wordt meegedacht en zichtbaar gewerkt aan verbeteringen. Dit geeft vertrouwen in de samenwerking.

Pros

Inserve brengt tickets, tijdregistratie en facturatie samen in één logisch platform. Hierdoor heeft CSD Automatisering continu inzicht in lopende werkzaamheden en bijbehorende uren en facturen, zonder versnippering over meerdere systemen.

Cons

Tot op heden hebben wij in het gebruik van Inserve geen nadelen, tekortkomingen of aandachtspunten geconstateerd en zijn onze ervaringen uitsluitend positief.

Wij zijn erg content met Inserve, sinds we het gebruiken, is alles veel beter gestructureerd, abonnementen, contracten, koppeling met RoutIT en daarnaast alle tijd (en producten) die we op onze tickets schrijven komen aan het eind van de maand mooi samen in één factuur, die we alleen nog maar hoeven te exporteren naar ons administratiepakket. Daarnaast hebben we ook nog een mooie koppeling met ons telefonie pakket, zodat we met één klik de juiste klantkaart kunnen openen.

Pros

De grootste voordelen zijn, dat we nu met het hele bedrijf in één omgeving werken, dat alles goed inzichtelijk is, geschiedenis van klanten met één klik op te vragen, en aan het eind komen alle abonnementen en uren producten samen in één factuur.

Cons

Het moeten inrichten van het pakket, hier ontkom je niet aan, maar is verschrikkelijk veel werk geweest. Doordat het zo pakket veel omvattend is, zijn sommige functies ook wel weer iets lastiger te begrijpen / mee te werken.

Fijne partij om mee samen te werken. Ze reageren snel en staan open voor feedback. Denken ook graag met je mee als je ergens tegenaan loopt. Sinds we Inserve gebruiken, werken we efficiënter, mede doordat de automatische facturatie goed werkt.

Pros

De integratie tussen offerte, projecten en abonnementen is voor ons de grootste winst. Dit scheelt dubbel werk en kunnen we geen fouten maken. Daarnaast is het erg fijn dat het Nederlandse software is met een supportafdeling die onze markt begrijpt (en vaak snel reageert) We konden er makkelijk zelf mee aan de slag.

Cons

Er zijn weinig echte nadelen, maar als ik iets moet noemen: Weinig keuzevrijheid in de opmaak en afzender (e-mailadres) van offertes.

Pros

Inserve is lekker snel, gemakkelijk in gebruik, overzichtelijk, gestructureerd, heeft goede integraties en mensen die luisteren en snel helpen wanneer nodig!

Cons

Het ontbreken van de synchronisatie met Intune voor een beter beheer van Assets. Inserve heeft al wel een eigen module voor asset beheer.

Soepel, snel, weinig instructie nodig gehad. Soms nog een beetje wennen aan de afspraken onderling, maar daar heeft Inserve zelf niets mee van doen.

Pros

Het is eenvoudig in te richten, overzichtelijk en geeft een goed inzicht in taken. Het geeft rust en zorgt voor minder 'vergeten' taken.

Cons

De beperkte integratie met ons boekhoudpakket. Daarnaast zijn er wat kleine dingetjes zoals bijvoorbeeld de omschrijving bij bestede uren die wat ons betreft eenvoudiger kan.

Over het algemeen ervaren wij de samenwerking met Inserve als heel prettig. Het team is klein, maar reageert altijd snel en communiceert kundig en helder. Het pakket doet wat het belooft en ondersteunt ons enorm in onze groei. Al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden met Inserve PSA en kijken we uit naar de verdere ontwikkeling van het platform.

Pros

Wij werken inmiddels een tijd met Inserve PSA en onze ervaring is erg positief. Het is prettig dat het een Nederlands bedrijf is, waardoor communicatie vlot verloopt en we dichtbij de bron zitten. We merken dat er snel wordt doorontwikkeld en dat nieuwe functies regelmatig beschikbaar komen. Ook de API-koppeling is een groot voordeel, omdat dit het eenvoudig maakt om Inserve te integreren met andere systemen die wij gebruiken.

Cons

Een punt van aandacht is de salesmodule, die nog in de kinderschoenen staat. We hebben er vertrouwen in dat dit in de toekomst verder zal worden uitgebouwd en dat de functionaliteit daarmee completer wordt.

Bij 2Dogs werken we graag met Inserve omdat het overzichtelijk, snel inzetbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk is. Het dwingt tot duidelijke processen, voorkomt onnodige complexiteit en helpt ons om efficiënt samen te werken. Zowel intern als met onze klanten.

Pros

Eenvoud in gebruik en kant en klare oplossingen die precies passen bij een MSP-bedrijf

Cons

Als je, zoals ik, veel hebt gewerkt met AutoTask en Halo PSA, dan is het een nadeel dat je specifieke processen niet aan kunt passen naar jouw organisatie of wensen. Aan de andere kant is dat ook gelijk een voordeel, want het zorgt voor versimpeling van je werkprocessen.

We werken nu ruim een half jaar met InServe en sinds kort ook met de integratie met ons facturatiepakket. Dat werkt super! Abonnementen worden niet meer vergeten en op tijd gefactureerd. De tickets en projecten geven duidelijk inzicht in alle zaken die nog open staan.

Pros

Werkt out of the box zonder complexe implementatie of dure consultancy. Als ICT-er moet het simpel zijn om een dergelijke tool te gaan gebruiken. Veel mogelijkheden en volledig aangepast aan het werkproces van een ICT / MSP bedrijf, ook voor kleinere bedrijven als CloudCreators.

Cons

Eerlijk gezegd nog geen echte nadelen ontdekt. Losse taken aanmaken zou handig kunnen zijn. De deals & offertes is soms beetje omslachtig.
