### "The absolute king of work browsers. Accept no substitute!"

June 29, 2023

5.0

Pros

Honestly I'm not even sure you can call Wavebox a browser any more. It's more like a work operating system. It gives you an easy way to have different workspaces for different functions. When you work in tech like I do and have different teams, different clients all with different systems and literally hundreds of different SaaS apps I use each day, it was a real pain to have to constantly login and regular chrome or Firefox was getting overwhelmed with the tabs I had open, not to mention I could never find anything. Wavebox sorts all of that out. It's a game changer, and their email support is the epitome of what amazing email support should be.

Cons

There is really nothing I don't like about this app. Clearly whomever has built it is wicked smart and has really thought about what a work user might want from their browser. It's incredible. Really well built, never glitches and one of my absolute favourite apps. It's indispensable to me and if for some reason Wavebox no longer existed the pleasure and productivity gains I get throughout my day would take a massive hit. Yes, Firefox and Chrome and Edge (lol!) are free but comparing those with Wavebox is like comparing a Toyota Landcruiser with a wheel barrow.

Was sick of never being able to figure out where the tab I needed was and also of my machine dragging it's ass along because I had so many browsers open

### "Wavebox is my productivity powerhouse"

April 22, 2025

5.0

Wavebox has become an essential tool in my workflow. It keeps my digital life organized and efficient. Even though Chrome has added profile support, Wavebox offers a much more thoughtful and cohesive experience with its powerful UI, integrations, and tab management. I love it and can’t imagine going back to a traditional browser setup.

Pros

I’ve been using Wavebox for many years, and it has at least doubled my productivity. It helps me stay focused and drastically reduces distractions. I never miss important notifications across all my businesses and personal projects—everything is where it needs to be. The UI is clean, intuitive, and makes managing multiple profiles effortless. The integration with every app I use, plus having a full browser to keep relevant tabs open by context, is simply brilliant.

Cons

If they offered a lifetime deal, that would be the cherry on top. Honestly, that’s the only thing I can think of.

Reason for choosing Wavebox

### "A browser with immense speed"

September 21, 2023

5.0

I am having a great experience with wavebox so far as it has made my browsing experience much better. Now I can stick to one browser instesd of shifting from here to there for search of some better functionality as it alone it capable of providing everything we require from a browser.

Pros

The speed of the wavebox as compared to other traditional browser is much more better and much reliable. We can add multiple gmail accounts, or multiple accounts from different category without shifting from browser to browser. The support of chromium makes it eben better.

Cons

Not much to dislike about it, yes while we dont have to pay any charge for using popular browser like google chrome, here we have to pay a monthly fees for using the unique features and for enjoying the better speed.

Alternatives considered

[Rambox](https://www.capterra.com/p/229189/Rambox/)

Reason for choosing Wavebox

Because I found wavebox better than rambox in almost everything after comparing them in detail.

Switched from

I switched mainly due to the speed of the wavebox which makes me feel good while browsing on it, and other reason was the support of multiple accounts in one browser.

### "Wavebox is as important as having an Email Address"

June 8, 2023

5.0

Having a single place to see all messaging platforms and notifications ensures I don't miss anything. I can also quickly switch between organizations I work within with cookie containers. To accomplish this without Wavebox would be clunky and time-consuming.

Pros

Managing multiple applications in one place while utilizing different cookie containers is a game changer if you support or work with multiple companies that require a unique login. Having some apps go to sleep to save resources also helps to maintain stability of your device.

Cons

The majority of the complaints I had about Wavebox were addressed pretty quickly if not within a year of using Wavebox. At this time there is nothing I have an issue with.

### "It's different. By far the best web browser! For power users."

May 26, 2023

5.0

Amazing find! I'm so happy to be paying $100/year for this browser, even though all the other browsers are free. But you get what you pay for. This (after you learn it and set it up to your liking) is on a completely different level. Seriously, try it out. Really try to understand everything that it does. Its has different "Cookie Containers" which are like Chrome's "profiles", but they're way better, more powerful, more customizable, and somehow actually all work together as one browser (share extensions, share login autocomplete data). It's much better in every way (but you have to learn it - it's different).

Pros

Account management. It remembers and syncs all your login passwords and chrome extensions across all your browser profiles. Much better than Chrome. Chrome is glitchy - does not remember my passwords, does not update them, does not associate the username/email to the password. Wavebox does this flawlessly. And, it can understand which profile I'm using, and remember the correct session, correct login.

Cons

It takes time to set up correctly. It takes time to learn. They really need to make and promote a YouTube channel, and have a technical-documentation site that's made easy to read for a regular non-technical user. I'm a software engineer, and I was confused about many of the features and how to set them up at first. I imagine a non-technical person just quits after a short time and stops using the browser - before being able to harness and wield the amazing power it offers.

I really liked Vivaldi - it would be the second best browser after WaveBox. Unfortunately, it's glitchy! It would start running very slowly after a while - tried it on 3 different computers throughout the years!Chrome is great, but doesn't have nearly as many features, and is glitchy with remembering and updating usernames/passwords.

### "Best productivity software out there."

April 28, 2023

5.0

Pros

I love that there are a ton of programs/sites/web apps that I can connect with using Wavebox. It is easy to keep personal, work and education accounts separate, but all in the same place and easy to manage. Previously, I used other products like this, but they were not at the same level of reliability or as feature rich.

Cons

There are a lot of features, so I feel like I may be missing out because I use a limited set of them - however there is a beginners masterclass that would be helpful for me to watch. The only thing I don't love, but I see as a nessesary evil is that tabs will go to sleep to save resources, and it will sometimes take a minute or a refresh to get it to start working. I know that I can set certain tabs to not sleep and that 100% solves the problem, but then it becomes resource heavy. This is a system resource issue more than a Wavebox issue - but it is something I notice.

Station was free and pretty cool, but it wasn't supported as well as a paid solution. Shift was good for a time, but was limited in regards to extensions and wasn't as easy to use as Wavebox - also, feature-to-feature, Wavebox was just better.

### "A Browser For Professionals To Multitasks And Be Productive "

August 26, 2023

5.0

I just shared a few of the examples where Wavebox helps me, but there are a lot of things where I found Wavebox helpful. So I really recommend Wavebox to anyone who wants to be a little more productive. And in case you are a beginner then you can also opt for their free plan.

Pros

Although I have been using Wavebox just for 3-4 months, but it's really a great experience using it. It proved to be a game changer as after using Wavebox I managed to save 30 to 40% of my time in comparison to the traditional browsers. One of my important tasks is finding emails for email outreach which requires opening multiple tabs at once, With traditional browsers, it's a mess, but with Wavebox I can easily navigate through different tabs which is really helpful and time-saving.

Cons

No doubt, Wavebox is very useful and productive but it doesn't come free and costs a lot for small businesses. As a free user, you miss lots of good features.Wavebox contains lots of features and customizations that you have to learn in order to implement them.

### "Can’t live without it after trying it - a great solution"

November 18, 2024

5.0

I thought I'd give Wavebox a go as I was getting annoyed by the number of tabs I had open. I searched and tried many different solutions. I soon uninstalled the others – I found this so easy to get to grips with, yet without compromising on customisation (it had a lot of impressive features, which I am discovering every day). I’m not the sort of person to spend money, I like free stuff, but thought that the price was a steal (with educational discount - 70% off!) for the time I would save/better mental state I would achieve. I simply tried it, found my day in the office much more productive, and realised I can't live without it – so this is where I am. I love the feel of the software and it makes doing work even more satisfying. I’d recommend that anyone gives it a try if they are in the same position as me and looking for a solution: it’s the biz!

Pros

The ability to seamlessly switch between multiple email accounts and apps. I have two jobs, so it’s so handy having things organised by workspace. This helps me stay focussed on the right tasks associated with a job where endless tabs may otherwise distract me to do something else – which often results in lack of productivity and becoming more stressed over looming deadlines. I also like how you can install the software on multiple machines and effectively log in to your life, as I do at one of my jobs where I have access to two machines in the building and like to ‘hotdesk’ to keep myself focused throughout the day: the synchronisation is great.

Cons

There isn’t anything I can think of so far.

### "Great for using multiple tabs"

May 20, 2024

4.0

Pros

Wavebox has made my work-life so much easier. It is not unusual for me to have multiple browser windows open with tons of tabs on each. Wavebox has made it so I don't need so many windows open and it is much easier to find the tab I need. I also like that it has the sleep option.

Cons

I would like more display options. I like to change the theme often.

### "Wavebox is an absolute time and sanity saver for Productivity! "

May 7, 2024

Pros

Wavebox is one of the best programs on my computer(s)! Wavebox makes manage multiple companies, multiple email addresses, software and projects so easy! I have full control over how I want to see the apps stacked and which ones I want sending notifications and which ones I need to stay quiet while I work.

Cons

There is very little to like about Wavebox - have not found anything that I would rather have implemented.

### "A very professional web browser for productivity"

August 30, 2023

5.0

Except for the pricing, I am really happy and satisfied with Wavebox. If anyone does not have budget issues and they want to improve their productivity, they should really choose Wavebox.

Pros

Anyone who likes to be productive is going to love Wavebox because it is developed while keeping productivity in mind. There is a lot I like about Wavebox. But one thing which I particularly like is that it gives the option to integrate notifications on my PC, so, I can have my Gmail and other important notifications directly delivered. It also provides the option to use different apps in one system which gives a clutterless experience and makes me more productive.

Cons

As per my experience, their biggest advantage is also their disadvantage, Wavebox offers so much options of integration and customization but they are not very easy to configure which takes a lot of time. Also, they offer so much but they charge a good amount for it, in simple words, Wavebox is not pocket-friendly.

### "Wavebox to the rescue!!"

November 4, 2022

5.0

I have been amazed with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and Wavebox for as long as I've been using the software. There aren't too many software products that are a MUST HAVE in my opinion, but I can tell you this - Wavebox is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL if your work involves doing ANYTHING on the internet with multiple accounts and/or multiple clients. This product WILL save you precious time and frustration keeping your accounts organized.

Pros

As our nonprofit began helping more and more nonprofits with the migration to cloud-based services, keeping all the various user accounts separated into Chrome profiles was fast becoming unwieldly. I tried several other browsers but none could hold a candle to the power and productivity of Wavebox.

Cons

At the moment - not really. Every time I think I find something that can be improved, I'm reading the latest Release Notes and the staff have already addressed it! I reached out to the Support team just a few weeks ago and within hours \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] responded with a quick note stating my feature request would be included in the next release. Not just months and months down the pipeline - but within a week.

### "The best chromium based browser Ive used"

April 5, 2023

5.0

I believe Ive been subscribed to their system for the last 5 years or more. Its gone from a plugin to an electron app and now to a chromium browser over the years and I wouldnt still be paying for it if didnt think it was worth it.

Pros

Ive been using Wavebox since v4 - many years. The 2 big benefits are tab management and cookie containers. I can set up different sections of the browser for different customers so if im sharing my screen with a customer, i can select an area related to them that has links to their services and their accounts and they dont need to see my workspace area that shows my personal notification summaries and calendars etc. Cookie containers work alongside this, so I can be logged in to multiple google accounts or twitter accounts or if Im testing code on a system, I can log in to multiple accounts on the customers websites to compare different screens. Helps massively on productivity. Also their system of putting tabs to sleep if you want them, so you can open more tabs without it affecting your resources, and when you flip back they are woken back up again. I also like the integrations with third party apps so you can effectively create permanent tabs as an "app" on the system which means that even if I start the browser with no tabs open, I have simple one click access to a dozen commonly used apps. And of course you can have those app links be different in each area so all the common things I use for each customer can go on its own dedicated page and its own cookie container. And you still have access to the chrome store so you don't miss out on pluginsThey are also super responsive to bug reports and issues.

Cons

Not a lot to say on the least side. I guess they do release a lot of beta releases, but I can solve that by just subscribing to the standard release channel if it annoys me too much.

### "Absolute Game Changer!!"

April 24, 2023

5.0

I started using Wavebox a few years ago and went from dozens of open windows, and hundreds of open tabs to the beautifully designed interface of Wavebox. It increased my productive and decreased my frustration. I'd never go back to the old way. Without Wavebox I'd be lost and unorganized and fighting with thousand of opened tabs.

Pros

Switching between apps and accounts couldn't be simpler. Wavebox helps you take everything online and organize it into a simple and flowing layout. They give you multiple tools and options to work in whichever way works best for you. It is the best tool I have for daily productivity. I love how you can open something from one app and it automatically knows what section to open it in based on other apps. The new split view is perfect for me. That's how I work. It's like they reached in my mind and saw the exact feature I needed. They are always coming out with new great features and updates.

Cons

The only con is that it's not free but it's really not that much and totally worth it.

### "My favorite browser for productivity"

September 2, 2023

5.0

As I already said, there is nothing I dislike about the wavebox, and my overall experience is really great.

Pros

When I first get to know about wavebox, I was little sceptical because there are many similar solutions to wavebox who offer the same but they don't deliver what they really promise. But now after using it for around 5 months I can say that this is the best productivity browser I have ever used. The best part of wavebox was that i can use thier free version which comes with 7 days of free trial of thier pro version, so first I opted for their free version and once I was satisfied then I subscribe to their pro plan. If I come to the wavebox features, then there is nothing I dislike, it offers soo much which can easily help you save time.

Cons

Call me baised but there is nothing that I dislike about the wavebox except that it takes time to intergrate the wavebox.

### "The best browser for productivity"

March 7, 2023

Pros

I have tested many productivity-oriented browsers and Wavebox is the most successful in terms of built-in features. Many applications can be integrated and if one is not listed, you can add it easily. The team has developed some very useful extensions, but since it's based on Chromium, you can use all the third-party Chrome extensions.

Cons

At beginning all concepts of profiles, cookies containers, workspaces, webdocks, widgets ... were many things to manage and configure correctly.

### "Wavebox is a Win For Me"

September 20, 2023

5.0

Pros

Initially I was resistant to learning and using something new, however, I cannot imagine working now without using it! I like the ease of opening different tabs/websites with one click. As office manager, I constantly open bank and credit card accounts as well as online accounts with other vendors we use to make payments or print invoices. Wavebox makes it so quick and easy to toggle between accounts or to search for information when preparing reports. It eliminates needing to search through bookmarks or desktop icons to gain access to the websites you need. It makes my work more efficient!

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like. I do not use all the features yet that are available and am still learning. It was a little difficult when I started using it and figuring out how to set tabs and add apps but anyone can quickly learn it.

### "Wavebox is pure genius software!"

May 26, 2021

5.0

Perfect. The support is GREAT, they are kind and whenever a tiny bug arised, I just asked them and they helped me out. And they are also quite open when it comes to new features suggestions! <3

Pros

We all use so many software, platforms, apps...Having all of them neatly organized in a SINGLE app is much better. I know, you might say "I can simply bookmark my web apps and use them inside my browsers, what's the difference?". There are so many! 1) Evertything in one place --> I simply LOVE having all of my apps in the very same place. No more mixing browsing websites for research and apps! 2) Sleeping apps! --> You can "sleep" groups of apps with a single clic, thus freeing up a lot of ram memory. I do not use ALL the 40 apps I added to wavebox on a daily basis. So I can let them "sleep" and only activate them when I need them 3) Extensions and RAM --> If you are like me and you need a lot of different extensions to do your research and benchmarking and browsing...you know that EACH website adds up some RAM memory. So having a DIFFERENT program with only the essential Chrome extensions means you are not loading your web-developing extension code on...Gmail interface :) That means a lot of free memory, for free :) And the list goes on and on!

Cons

Seriously? Nothing :) Or maybe...not having a single "search all my accounts files and messages". But that means a "magic wizard", a digital miracle. Think they are working on it :)

I've recommended it to friends at work a lot, and so far my coworkers like it aswell. I think im still the one who religiously uses everyday.

Pros

In my work, we have teams & Outlook. I downloaded the software for personal use in the work computer, and its basically my Whatsapp, email & personal interests & projects. I think it works incredible, and I think i will download it for my personal computer at home, purely to keep track of personal projects, because it works incredible for that. Hopefully, it can be the save wavebox here than in my home.

Cons

Using this software with a VPN is infuriating, because i would link discord in there aswell. Apart from that, i havent been overly frustrated with anything.

Hey Abdiel, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. It's wonderful to hear that you're finding Wavebox useful for all your personal apps and projects. Your profile is auto-saved to the cloud, so you can link to it from any computer to keep them both in sync. You can use your Pro subscription on all your computers. Please contact support about the VPN as we should be able to get that working for you. Thanks again for your review! Best wishes, Susan and everyone at WB HQ!

5.0

Handling all your web activities from one point increases productivity and you can never miss a notification thanks to Wavebox

Pros

I like Wavebox spontaneous interface with well clustered icons which makes navigation seamless making workflow management run smoothly.

Cons

The only bug with the tool is the constant updates you have to make but compared to the advantages its insignificant
