### "Workflow Game Changer"

October 6, 2023

5.0

I do the entirety of my job through Wavebox, I don't have to open anything in any other program, which makes it fantastic across multiple devices. Switching between my Macbook and my PC desktop is a breeze- all my extensions, apps, groups, etc. are all the same. Easy! I even convinced my boss to start using it- they love it!

Pros

The ability to switch between websites without them going to sleep/closing entirely is fantastic. Setting specific urls as "bookmark-like" items listed under each url makes workflow ridiculously easy. For instance- I put Google Email, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar in one group. I've also put Notion as a main app, with multiple main database pages inside notion as tabs underneath it for quick access- I can rename the tabs too, super easy to use! While I like containing most of my apps into the one main window, you can easily right click and create new windows as needed. The split view function is also fantastic once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Some features were difficult to learn, such as the split view option, figuring out app behavior and notification settings. However, it just requires sitting down and actually reading and testing out the settings to find the right match. Since it does a lot, it requires a bit more set up rather than just "browse and go".

It's available to me as soon as I start my computer up. I go down the list of social media apps I want to review quickly.

Pros

Wavebox has a user interface allowing to access multiple applications in one place. I can group applications according the type of project I'm working on. Wavebox offers many features to customize your workflow.

Cons

It is a complex system that can be difficult to understand. Too many choices sometimes.

### "Wavebox is one the latest internet browsing tool with some best unique features"

August 5, 2023

4.0

Wavebox is a powerful internet browsing tool that allows users to maintain multiple accounts through email addresses and get access to their old accounts in a single platform and also it is capable of browsing a large number of web pages in a single go which makes it a great tool to manage multiple apps for all kinds of business professionals.

Pros

Although I have used multiple browsers with great features but the split screen which Wavebox provides is quite unique and also it allows to use of two different screens on a single device and which makes it easy for me to get the information from different resources in a single go and also compare them when needed.

Cons

When I compared it with some of the premium browsers available in the market I realised it was not free like them and even the interface is also not smooth when compared to Chrome and Edge. The user needs to pay $9 to buy its premium which made me feel a unnecessary expense for using a internet browser.

### "Advanced and Centralised Browser for Boosting Overall Productivity "

October 3, 2023

4.0

Wavebox is such a great deal to managing and organising apps and website you use routinely at workplaces in a centralised manner. Having said that, it's rich features that streamline and help boast overall experience and productivity, ranging from security and privacy to efficiency in managing bookmarks and tabs.

Pros

I like how this web software puts employees privacy at the heart of its priorities. It supports centralised password management as well as provide numerous privacy options to invasion of employees personal space as well as ensure smooth and stress-free workplace.

Cons

Its vast collection of customisable features and functionalities might be overwhelming especially newbies and may require some time to get a full grasp and effectively utilise it (but for users looking for a long term productivity booster, it completely worth the time and effort).

### "Wavebox Review: A Powerful Tool for Simplifying Your Workflow"

September 3, 2023

4.0

Wavebox has been a pleasant experience for me. It was a useful tool for remaining organized and productive. It worked with all of my favorite web apps. Wavebox worked with all of the web programs I use at work, including Gmail, Slack, Trello, and Asana.

Pros

Wavebox has really impressed me. It's a useful tool that has assisted me in becoming more organized and productive. I really recommend it to everyone who works with several web apps.

Cons

I believe Wavebox has more advantages than disadvantages. It's an effective productivity tool that can keep you focused and organized. However, Wavebox might not be your best choice if you're on a tight budget or require a completely configurable browser.

### "A very professional web browser for productivity"

August 30, 2023

5.0

Except for the pricing, I am really happy and satisfied with Wavebox. If anyone does not have budget issues and they want to improve their productivity, they should really choose Wavebox.

Pros

Anyone who likes to be productive is going to love Wavebox because it is developed while keeping productivity in mind. There is a lot I like about Wavebox. But one thing which I particularly like is that it gives the option to integrate notifications on my PC, so, I can have my Gmail and other important notifications directly delivered. It also provides the option to use different apps in one system which gives a clutterless experience and makes me more productive.

Cons

As per my experience, their biggest advantage is also their disadvantage, Wavebox offers so much options of integration and customization but they are not very easy to configure which takes a lot of time. Also, they offer so much but they charge a good amount for it, in simple words, Wavebox is not pocket-friendly.

### "Your new workflow powered by Wavebox"

February 28, 2023

5.0

My overall experience with Wavebox has been positive. As someone who uses multiple email accounts and web-based tools on a daily basis, I found Wavebox to be a great solution for streamlining my workflow. The ability to access all my email accounts in one place was a game-changer, and the customization options allowed me to tailor the software to my specific needs. For example: with every new customer, who insists on having account in their ecosystem, I create a new set of tabs and cookie container specific for this customer.Overall, I would recommend Wavebox to anyone looking for a powerful tool to streamline their workflow and consolidate their web-based tools and applications.

Pros

Wavebox.io is a powerful tool that allows users to streamline their workflow by consolidating all their web-based tools and applications into one interface. One of the best features of Wavebox is its ability to integrate seamlessly with multiple email providers, including Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. This means that users can access all their email accounts from one place, making it easier to manage and respond to messages. The same goes to any web-based application you can think about.Wavebox also has a clean and user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate, making it a great option for both beginners and experienced users. It also offers a wide range of customization options, such as the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts, themes, and notifications.I can also note support service doing excellent job. They respond in timely manner and try to solve any issue you may encounter.

Cons

While Wavebox is a great tool for streamlining workflow, it does have a few drawbacks. One of the biggest issues is that it can be a bit resource-intensive, which can slow down your computer if you have too many tabs open. However, this one is solvable by using tab-sleep feature. Leaving tabs you really need in no-sleep mode solves the issue.Another downside is that Wavebox is not a free software. While it does offer a free trial, after that, users must pay a subscription fee to continue using the software. This may not be an issue for some users, but it could be a dealbreaker for those on a tight budget.

### "Wavebox allows multitaskers to focus"

March 13, 2023

5.0

I'm a full-time employee as well as a homeschooling mom, and in my "free" time I help my husband with administrative tasks for his business and volunteer on a board. At any given time, there are no fewer than 20 different tasks running through my brain. Wavebox allows me to open links, to-dos, interesting articles, etc in separate workspaces so that I can toggle between them, hide them when they're not relevant, and focus on the work that's right in front of me without being distracted by the other open tasks (or worrying about whether I'm going to forget something). It truly has been a life — and brain — saver!

Pros

I first began exploring Wavebox for the ability to use multiple cookie containers so that I wasn't having to constantly log in and out of various accounts. But the organizational structure of multiple groups, workspaces, and tabs has worked so well for my brain — and become second nature to use — that I can't imagine ever going back.

Cons

It's not always clear what will happen when you drag an app or tab, and I find that functionality to be a little temperamental. Not enough to detract from the benefits, though!

### "From Super Chaos to Superhero!"

April 13, 2023

5.0

Every single morning the first icon I click to start my day is the Wavebox icon on my desktop. And it makes me a little excited to do so.Being able to stay organized and save time is a really powerful feeling. If anything Wavebox might have me enjoying work too much!It is almost 11 pm as I write this out. I am surfing new features for fun!

Pros

Wavebox makes the business of navigating different apps into a fun game to play. Split screen mode, different profile containers that I can dedicate to each client I have and stay logged into their accounts by using separate cookie containers is amazing for me and my whole team. HAVING FULL ACCESS TO THE CHROME EXTENSION STORE LEAVES ALL THE COMPETITORS IN THE DUST.

Cons

Sometimes I can get conflicts with TypeDesk which is another amazing software I use for canned responses. So I have to troubleshoot my keyboard shortcuts.

Reason for choosing Wavebox

The Chrome extension store is essential for me.

### "Wavebox to the rescue!!"

November 4, 2022

5.0

I have been amazed with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and Wavebox for as long as I've been using the software. There aren't too many software products that are a MUST HAVE in my opinion, but I can tell you this - Wavebox is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL if your work involves doing ANYTHING on the internet with multiple accounts and/or multiple clients. This product WILL save you precious time and frustration keeping your accounts organized.

Pros

As our nonprofit began helping more and more nonprofits with the migration to cloud-based services, keeping all the various user accounts separated into Chrome profiles was fast becoming unwieldly. I tried several other browsers but none could hold a candle to the power and productivity of Wavebox.

Cons

At the moment - not really. Every time I think I find something that can be improved, I'm reading the latest Release Notes and the staff have already addressed it! I reached out to the Support team just a few weeks ago and within hours \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] responded with a quick note stating my feature request would be included in the next release. Not just months and months down the pipeline - but within a week.

### "The best chromium based browser Ive used"

April 5, 2023

5.0

I believe Ive been subscribed to their system for the last 5 years or more. Its gone from a plugin to an electron app and now to a chromium browser over the years and I wouldnt still be paying for it if didnt think it was worth it.

Pros

Ive been using Wavebox since v4 - many years. The 2 big benefits are tab management and cookie containers. I can set up different sections of the browser for different customers so if im sharing my screen with a customer, i can select an area related to them that has links to their services and their accounts and they dont need to see my workspace area that shows my personal notification summaries and calendars etc. Cookie containers work alongside this, so I can be logged in to multiple google accounts or twitter accounts or if Im testing code on a system, I can log in to multiple accounts on the customers websites to compare different screens. Helps massively on productivity. Also their system of putting tabs to sleep if you want them, so you can open more tabs without it affecting your resources, and when you flip back they are woken back up again. I also like the integrations with third party apps so you can effectively create permanent tabs as an "app" on the system which means that even if I start the browser with no tabs open, I have simple one click access to a dozen commonly used apps. And of course you can have those app links be different in each area so all the common things I use for each customer can go on its own dedicated page and its own cookie container. And you still have access to the chrome store so you don't miss out on pluginsThey are also super responsive to bug reports and issues.

Cons

Not a lot to say on the least side. I guess they do release a lot of beta releases, but I can solve that by just subscribing to the standard release channel if it annoys me too much.

### "The best "work" browser"

March 29, 2023

5.0

Wavebox really does make my day-to-day work so much better. I work with clients on a monthly retainer basis and have tons of applications, platforms, and accounts to log in to each day. It's been so helpful having each client, my own business, and my personal stuff all separated nicely. I don't have to worry about mixing anything up. I'm less likely to get distracted so I can stay on task and be more productive with my work hours.

Pros

Wavebox really does what it says - makes me more organized, less overwhelmed, and more productive. I absolutely love how customizable it is. From simple things like colors and icons to the big stuff like the actual layout of the entire workspace. It works well with every single app/platform/tool I use. I love Smart Notes, its split-screen capability, it works with Chrome extensions... the list goes on. And I don't know that I've even used every single feature yet. It's just so robust AND it doesn't slow my computer down.

Cons

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at first. I ended up totally scrapping my initial setup with how I grouped things because I realized it was not functioning the best way for \*my\* brain and the way I work. The customizability is amazing but it also means you can easily set things up in ways that may not be the best for how each individual works. Also, maybe I missed something in the settings but I couldn't figure out how to not literally mute everything while in Focus Mode. I turned Focus Mode on to stop pop-up notifications of new emails, but then I'd go into a Google Meet meeting and have no audio. I'd like an option to not have notifications pop-up/sounds but still have audio in my apps within Wavebox.

Switched from

[Shift](https://www.capterra.com/p/169851/Shift/)

I was using Shift before and I just got too fed up with how much it slowed down my computer. They also got rid of the "open in new window" feature (that might be back now, I'm not sure). The other competitors that I looked at when switching from Shift just didn't seem quite as user-friendly/intuitive as Wavebox.

Hey Andra, thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. It sounds like Wavebox is helping you to stay organized and streamline your workflows, which is lovely to hear! There's an option with Focus Mode to mute notifications and badges but keep the audio, so please reach out to support to help you with that, and yes, Wavebox does take a little bit of time to get set up, but we like to think that it's so worth it! 😁 Thanks for supporting us. ### "The last browser you'll ever use"

April 11, 2023

5.0

To me, Wavebox completely changed everything I knew about browsers. It's not just a browser, it's a hub for all your activities online. There's just no going back to Chrome or Edge or Safari. If you're on the fence about Wavebox, trust this stranger on the internet: give it a try. Do the free trial and experience it for yourself. Read about the amazing team behind it. Get involved in the community. Especially if you use your browser heavily for work or just in general. A good indication that you need Wavebox is if you look up right now and there are so many tabs open that you can't even read the titles.Trust me on this one, you have nothing to lose.

Pros

\- Wavebox is extremely easy to use, but it can be as complex as you need it to be. It doesn't force its features down your throat, but you'll find yourself using more and more of them as you slowly and unwittingly become a power user.- You think other browsers can organize tabs and cookie sessions for you? Try Wavebox and you'll realize how far behind regular browsers are.- "Why would I pay for a browser?", you might ask. Well, you get what you pay for. Your run of the mill browsers might have cool features, but you will not find something as full of value as Wavebox. And they keep coming up with amazing features all the time!- Expanding on the topic of adding features, they added a GPT client mere weeks after the explosion of ChatGPT, and it's extremely powerful.- Their support is out of this world. They fix things all the time, and if you experience a problem and report it, you're pretty much guaranteed to have it fixed in a couple of days. I had two interactions with support in the 3+ years I've used it, and it not only was extremely pleasant and friendly to communicate with the team, but my issues were immediately addressed and fixed. Two interactions in 3+ years speaks for itself in terms of the quality of the product.I cannot say I like something the most, because I love all of it.

Cons

I don't think there's much missing, or even something to be improved. Wavebox is one of those products that is just perfect the way it is, but they still manage to come up with stuff that you didn't know you needed. I hate to sound like a fanboy, but it's hard to come up with cons.If I wanted to be nitpicky, the only con I see is that it's hard to get my colleagues to use it because they are used to browsers being free, but, like I said in the pros section, you get your money's worth, and everyone's usually impressed when I share my screen and asks me what browser I'm using. It's not so much about the price-value proposition, but more about the general stigma there is about paying for a browser.

### "When sharing data becomes easy and secured"

August 28, 2023

4.0

Wavebox is a platform that mainly helps us to create a specialized and custom workspace for projects that are ongoing currently and also we can add all the relevant business apps on that workspace that are relevant for ongoing projects. This platform has some powerful project management and collaborative tools available.

Pros

If we talk about its best feature then I will mention the security of data which it provides with its end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication is out of the world. The browser is really secured and reliable for sharing files, chats and other documents in real-time.

Cons

My experience with that platform was good overall but if they could have a look at the performance of the browser then that would be great Also it can integrate with a large amount of apps but there are still some important apps and software that are left and can be added for the integrations in future for better outputs.

### "Absolute Game Changer!!"

April 24, 2023

5.0

I started using Wavebox a few years ago and went from dozens of open windows, and hundreds of open tabs to the beautifully designed interface of Wavebox. It increased my productive and decreased my frustration. I'd never go back to the old way. Without Wavebox I'd be lost and unorganized and fighting with thousand of opened tabs.

Pros

Switching between apps and accounts couldn't be simpler. Wavebox helps you take everything online and organize it into a simple and flowing layout. They give you multiple tools and options to work in whichever way works best for you. It is the best tool I have for daily productivity. I love how you can open something from one app and it automatically knows what section to open it in based on other apps. The new split view is perfect for me. That's how I work. It's like they reached in my mind and saw the exact feature I needed. They are always coming out with new great features and updates.

Cons

The only con is that it's not free but it's really not that much and totally worth it.

### "Wavebox can manage all of your web software on your desktop"

September 22, 2023

4.0

As an overall experience, I must say that its free version also has some basic features that might be enough for small business to manage their apps and their notifications. It is a good platform and users should give it a try to use at least its free version then they can decide later on.

Pros

The best benefit that I got after using wavebox is that now I can get all my notifications in one central platform and also it has made it possible to use multiple platforms with a single software and manage all of them without even opening them one by one.

Cons

Although the platform is good if they could add custom notifications to the free version of the software then that would have been great also sometimes it slows down your systems if it is outdated and has limited memory capacity. Even when you work on it you might notice that there are some useful web apps that it doesn't support.

Pros

As a freelancer with many clients, my work often gets jumbled up and Wavebox played a great role in organizing it. Using Wavebox to manage all web apps from a central-point has been seamless and effective in increasing productivity.

Pros

I like that its possible to manage all web apps from a central point which greatly reduces time spent navigating from different apps and enhances productivity I like its wide customization potential like being able to save tabs on the tool tip which makes the interface not clustered and easy to navigate

Cons

### "I could never go back to running my business without Wavebox"

April 19, 2023

I couldn't be happier with Wavebox. It is the #1 program I need for my Virtual Assistant business.

Pros

I LOVE that I can log into multiple accounts and not be kicked out after the 5th one. It's easy to organize my tabs, programs, and services to a client's tab, start and stop tasks without closing tabs and not have the memory impact my computer.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like so much that I know there is more to discover. I feel like I am not getting the most out of it.

### "The Only Browser for Professionals. "

May 18, 2023

5.0

It has changed the way I work online. 100%.Before Wavebox I use to create complex workflows in Firefox and Chrome to get my work done. The "Group" "app" and "Cookie Container" systems that Wavebox uses to organize everything is a must for anyone who uses the same sites and online tools to get things done.

Pros

I use it everyday. It's my web browser.Instead of traditional "bookmarks" and "bookmarks bar" you would use in Chrome, WaveBox allows me to create separate "Groups" for each website or app that I use.On top of that, I can run the same app, in different "cookie containers". This allows me to be logged into multiple accounts on the same website at the same time. A Huge time saver!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything. The app is constantly updated, support is quick responding within 1 business day every time I've contacted them.Wavebox is essentially Google Chrome for business. Google Chrome Supercharged. It's the Ultimate Web Browser.

Wavebox has everything you need in a Browser. The ability to use Google Extensions in Wavebox separates it from all other "work" browsers I've seen. Other tools that I've used such as Shift which had a limited ability to use extensions.

### "Wavebox has boosted my productivity tremendously "

March 8, 2023

5.0

I love it, and reccomend it to everyone. Chrome tabs are a nightmare with how disorganized they are and Wavebox brings order to that chaos, turning my previously 50+ tab windows into a much more manageable experience by putting the tabs into app categories automatically.

Pros

I love the tab management and apps. When i open a new tab/doc/jira/airtable/whatever it auto put it in the right app where it is categorically placed and easy to find and navigate.Split tab/screen within one window is also awesome and i use it a LOT.

Cons

Smart notes is a really cool concept but it needs work but I see a ton of potential. Some task management based on notes would be awesomeNotifications need a rework, they are not visible and not useful

### "My favorite browser for productivity"

September 2, 2023

5.0

As I already said, there is nothing I dislike about the wavebox, and my overall experience is really great.

Pros

When I first get to know about wavebox, I was little sceptical because there are many similar solutions to wavebox who offer the same but they don't deliver what they really promise. But now after using it for around 5 months I can say that this is the best productivity browser I have ever used. The best part of wavebox was that i can use thier free version which comes with 7 days of free trial of thier pro version, so first I opted for their free version and once I was satisfied then I subscribe to their pro plan. If I come to the wavebox features, then there is nothing I dislike, it offers soo much which can easily help you save time.

Cons

Call me baised but there is nothing that I dislike about the wavebox except that it takes time to intergrate the wavebox.

### "Saves me HOURS per day. "

I have been referring people. I love it and my team LOVES it.

Pros

I love that I can really focus in on the tasks and things that are important to me when working. I used to hunt around and get sidetracked. Now, I have my wavebox, or as I like to call it "office", totally organized and I swear I save 2-3 hours a day. Their customer service has been great and they are always updating things.

Cons

My gmail doesnt stay connected, so everyday I have to sign in. Not a deal breaker, but it is a pain.

Hey Arika, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Yep, Wavebox is a great way to stay focused on work. Your Gmail should be staying signed-in, so that's certainly something we can fix straight away to make WB even better for you! Thanks also for referring us to your co-workers. Best wishes, Susan and everyone at Wavebox HQ.

### "The best browser for productivity"

Pros

I have tested many productivity-oriented browsers and Wavebox is the most successful in terms of built-in features. Many applications can be integrated and if one is not listed, you can add it easily. The team has developed some very useful extensions, but since it's based on Chromium, you can use all the third-party Chrome extensions.

Cons

At beginning all concepts of profiles, cookies containers, workspaces, webdocks, widgets ... were many things to manage and configure correctly.

Thanks for taking the time to write such a great review, and we totally agree—Wavebox can take a little bit of time to get started, but once you are setup, the productivity and time-saving benefits make it totally worth the wait!! Thanks for supporting us! Regards, Susan and the team.
