It makes it so easy to manage dozens of clients at one time while keeping their information separate and being able to work efficiently. Cons Sometimes the notifications were a bit tricky to disable. For instance, when I muted an app, it wouldn't make a sound for each new notification but it would still visibly show that you got a new notification which was a distraction sometimes. " June 12, 2023 5.0 Pros I'm a virtual assistant and at one time using wavebox, I had almost 10 different clients and wavebox made multi-tasking and switching between clients a breeze! Previously I was using a different chrome profile for each client and it worked... but it got confusing when I had multiple chrome windows open and I couldn't stay signed into all of the different accounts even across multiple chrome profiles. Cons I haven't found one thing that I don't like about Wavebox. I literally tell every virtual assistant this tool is a must have. Reason for choosing Wavebox It's way better for multi-tasking. Google's web-based system makes it difficult to keep track which tab i have the email or calendar open on. Wavebox is my jumping off point for everything. Cons It can be confusing to navigate all the settings about opening links and the various cookie containers. I had found myself doing too much multi-tasking rather than getting things done because I was getting all of my notifications all the time. Wavebox lets you get to work quickly when you're ready and then shut it down when you need to focus on other things, it's really flexible and worth considering if you are using a bunch of different Chrome logins to keep your online identities apart. Pros Everything is in one place. I work for a non-profit organisation as a volunteer, so it's incredibly useful to have all of my logins for all of the different web management and social media tools somewhere that doesn't interfere with my other work. Cons It just takes a while to figure out the best way to set everything up. You can put EVERYTHING in there, which means there are a ton of options. El manejo de perfiles y la funcionalidad de "Sandbox" me ayudan enormemente. El equipo de soporte super bien y el crecimiento de la aplicación es increíble.
