Our overall experience with BrandMail has been very positive. It has helped us streamline and standardise email signatures across the organisation, ensuring consistent branding with minimal manual effort. Once set up, the platform runs reliably and integrates well with Outlook, making day-to-day use seamless for the team. The support has also been responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, it’s a dependable solution that delivers exactly what we need for professional email communication.

Pros

BrandMail has been a reliable solution for managing email signatures and maintaining consistent branding across our organisation. The biggest advantage is its centralised signature management, which allows us to update and standardise signatures for all users instantly without relying on individuals, saving time and ensuring professionalism. The Outlook and email integration works smoothly, applying signatures automatically with no user intervention, and the ability to include marketing banners adds extra value by turning everyday emails into a communication channel. In terms of value for money, it delivers well for businesses that prioritise brand consistency and efficiency. There is a moderate learning curve during the initial setup, especially when customising templates and configuring user rules, but once implemented, the system is easy to manage with minimal ongoing effort. The setup phase can take some time, but the support team is responsive and helpful throughout. User management is straightforward, allowing easy control across teams and departments. From a security and governance perspective, centralised control reduces the risk of inconsistent or unauthorised changes. I think my experience has been great - we're still working through some hiccups as new Outlook is being implemented and transitioning of new IT team members to the team. Brand Quantum has been great at being supportive and always willing to help with the issues we have. The product itself is quite easy to use for a user and allows them to be their own brand ambassador with the platforms functionality.

Pros

\- Branding design and creativity - Great customer service and willingness to help - Signature management that is consistent across all users

Cons

\- Slight learning curve with administering and using platform (should the intention be to self-manage majority of changes, updates, revisions, etc.) - Set-up was slightly complicated (not due to BrandMail but do to our internal system structures and integrations - it posed more obstacles than originally thought or intended)

Excellent design of a signatures and offers recipients the option of receiving information that we can track. We've had really good support since initial setup following any changes we wished to make too!

Pros

Works across all email clients and devices. Brandmail is extremely good value for money and gave us a return on our investment within the first month.

Overall, my experience with BrandMail has been a good one. It’s made it much easier to keep our client communication on track without creating extra work. Instead of sending out bulk emails every time we need to share closing dates or info on upcoming events, we just add a banner.

Pros

It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time.

Cons

I don’t have any issues at this stage. The system works well for my needs.

All things considered, BrandMail has greatly improved the professionalism and consistency of our company's brand. It's reasonably priced, and managing banners and signatures is easy once the system is up and running. We can rest easy knowing that all external communications adhere to corporate identity guidelines thanks to the security and control over branding. It saves a great deal of time and operates dependably after some basic setup assistance.

Pros

BrandMail makes it easy to keep our team’s email branding consistent and professional. The signature management tool lets us update everyone’s details instantly, and its Outlook integration simplifies campaign and banner management. Templates are centrally managed and easy for the team to use.

Cons

At first, the setup procedure may be a little difficult, particularly when syncing banners for numerous users and connecting mailboxes. The learning curve is mild; it takes some patience to get there, but once you do, it's easy.

This has definitely helped us in strengthening our brand. Our emails look professional and we also have the ability to customise banners

Pros

We have been using brandmail for some months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implimenting the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us.

Cons

It takes some time to set up and refine the designs. Some IT knowledge is also needed if you do not have a dedicated IT department.

Overall a great experience with the product & again an amazing team. We've received many compliments from customers & vendors regarding our signatures. Many were really impressed with the design.

Provides our company with Brand consistency with our business emails. The email banners assist in highlighting key company events. Great & easy to manage Admin console.

Pros

When I first joined the company, there was no standard email signature—everyone used their own style. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand.

Cons

When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected. But once it’s set up, it works really well. The banner tool can be a bit tricky, but the BrandMail team is always there and ready to help.
