Brand Quantum has been great at being supportive and always willing to help with the issues we have. The product itself is quite easy to use for a user and allows them to be their own brand ambassador with the platforms functionality. It’s made it much easier to keep our client communication on track without creating extra work. Instead of sending out bulk emails every time we need to share closing dates or info on upcoming events, we just add a banner. Pros It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand. Cons When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected.
