Brand Quantum has been great at being supportive and always willing to help with the issues we have. The product itself is quite easy to use for a user and allows them to be their own brand ambassador with the platforms functionality. Pros \- Branding design and creativity - Great customer service and willingness to help - Signature management that is consistent across all users Cons \- Slight learning curve with administering and using platform (should the intention be to self-manage majority of changes, updates, revisions, etc.) - Set-up was slightly complicated (not due to BrandMail but do to our internal system structures and integrations - it posed more obstacles than originally thought or intended) Review Source Jacqui T. They enable us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience. Pros Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience. We recently created a banner and attached it to my email signature which changed every time I was sending an email, and I loved how easy it was to setup the banner and the attraction it got. Pros The software is easy to use and provide better customization of emails and signatures. It also performs tasks quickly. Cons No cons to provide. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures. Overall i would recommend brandmail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures. Pros The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. Brandmail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization. Customer service has been amazing since being onboarded early 2022 Cons I cannot confirm on any specific dislikes from my part and have not received any complaints from my team since being onboarded. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution. Cons There is literally nothing to dislike! It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to. Pros What I like most is the people, specifically the \[sensitive content hidden\]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. Pros My involvement on the backend of BrandMail has intensified fairly recently and I'm just blown away by the software's capabilities. It's also great that if you can work closely with the BrandQuantum team to solve for some bespoke requirements - the customer service is outstanding in this regard. I don't believe that we are using all capabilities yet and look forward to exploring them more to simplify processes for our staff even further. Cons I have had a very steep learning curve over the last few months when it comes to BrandMail's capabilities and am blown away by everything I'm being taught. Upper management to designer - every single person wants to see your firm succeed. They are proactive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to learning more about the admin portal and how this can further support our business. I felt they had a vested interest in my success and in wanting us to cross the finish line. The look and feel of the brand is now uniform for the whole company and with the use of Mail Templates, our communications to clients are also now professional and uniform. Pros Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. May 20, 2021 5.0 Pros We had email branding challenges for a long time, having tried multiple products over the years we were finally introduced to the BrandMail team. My organizations email branding issues are a thing of the past. The product is easy to deploy and use and does everything it promises to do. Having multiple mailboxes for different companies has always been a branding issue, BrandMail has solved this for me as well. The ability to have a central location for all our templates and client facing documentation has made our organization more efficient and helps to ensure we met our compliancy obligations by always having access to the latest documents. The ability for an organization to always ensure they are using their latest documentation is going to become more important with the imminent implementation of the POPI Act. The BrandMail team are a pleasure to deal with on all levels. From design, to support and administration they have always been prompt and efficient. The team listens to feedback and suggestions. I have seen one of our feature requests implemented in the product in short time. Cons There is nothing within the product that I dislike.
