Pros Great teaching platform I have used Adobe Connect for more than four years as a teacher at an online school and have been very pleased with the platform. My positive experience led me to consider it for another school where I teach and serve on the board. Cons disappointing customer service Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Adobe by phone and email about obtaining the platform for that school have gone unanswered.
