I would highly recommend it! Pros It's very user-friendly and has a lot of great options. The software makes it easy to communicate with big groups of people. Cons Sometimes the attendees get kicked out of the software, it is a bit unstable sometimes. The whiteboard is useful but has basic option. For me it is used for my distance learning And watching visually and digitally a look like live environment for my studies. Provides direct integration with presenter or teacher. Pros Recording tool is amazing. Instant access and works good with high network connectivity. Switching and assigning of roles is easy. Multiple sections are there for more than 1 presenter. Desktop sharing is a plus in this application. Cons Presentation stuff sometimes can create upload issue. User interface needs updation. Seems Adobe flash is necessary and a drawback. It’s great for sharing screens with multiple attendees. It also has clear video and audio function. My favorite function is the break out chat that can occur within meetings. Cons Sometimes (very rarely) the product can be glitchy when transitioning between screens. I was booted from the adobe room on two occasions but always able to Get back in. Although the plethora of dynamic features is nice, I'd say for the average small-medium sized business it would be overkill. Additionally, there are free solutions for virtual meetings that can accomplish the goal of putting you e-face-to-face with others if that's all you need. Pros Adobe Connect is packed with functionality. In comparison to some of its immediate competitors in the virtual meeting space, Adobe Connect provides a customizable layout plan that allows you to feature a lot more than just your screen or your face (or whatever is on your webcam). It's document share feature allows hosts and participants to share documents quickly between one another, and moreover you can actually have the system narrate a document if needed! Cons A big area for improvement is the mobile application. Adobe Connect's mobile app consistently has connectivity issues, which I have experienced both via a WiFi and Cellular connection. I loved it so much that when my trial was up, I spoke with a sales representative to pay to continue using it - which I am doing to this very day. Adobe Connect was essential to building and maintaining my business connections remotely over vast distances. I was able to very easily hold Webinars, Web Meetings, and Business Meetings to get clientele interested and engaged. Adobe Connects tools and features made it interesting and fun to track how well I engaged with potential clients and how much of my time was well spent and where. As with all Adobe Products, the user interface is flawless and the program seamlessly integrates into your existing software suite. Cons Only con is that pricing for the software is a little more than I thought it would be. Also, I couldn't seem to find pricing on the official website or from Sale Reps before I began my trial period. I wanted to know pricing before I got too attached to a particular software. Pros Using adobe connect, we can design our visual room and create custom experiences. It has ability to create different layouts. After we design our virtual room, we can save it as a template, and this is really useful for future meetings. Adobe connect also includes many number of power features. Presenter only area and preparing modes are my favorite features in adobe connect. Cons Well, in my experience adobe connect has not user friendly interface and it is more complicated than other tools. In fact we need a little time to learn those features. Previously, I had an unpleasant experience with similar services: the sound was lagging behind, the calls were cut off, the messages were deleted. There are no such problems in Adobe Connect, and I am very pleased. Cons I do not like only the program interface. It is quite voluminous, it is difficult to deal with it. As other web conferencing has really advanced, Connect has kept it's once novel features. Right at the cut off, they replaced the Adobe Flash backbone of the platform but added nothing new. For what they charge, I feel this once amazing offering is dying on the vine. Pros The remaining benefit of Adobe Connect is the concept of pods and the ability to layout this "classroom" of different virtual elements. Adobe Connect has also allowed the streaming of smoother video that a lot of platforms but most have caught up in this regard. Cons Adobe Connect does not work well on a mobile phone with all the pod being shrunk and many features downgraded. I also know that this software is very expensive. Review Source David Y. Admittedly I do not use it too frequently, but when I use it I'm always impressed by its ease of use and its numerous functions. Pros What I like most about Adobe Connect is the fact that it does so much. It is a web conferencing platform that enables you to collaborate with others (similar to Go To Meeting and other web conferencing solutions). It has a lot of great features such as the ability to share video, conduct polls, share documents, and share screens. It has a sleek, modern interface and is easy to master. If you are hosting a webinar, you'll find options such as the ability to create a poll or a quiz to be very useful. Thus, its functionality surpasses its competitors. Cons As yet I've not encountered anything negative about the application. I've had a few colleagues comment that it's "too busy" but personally did not find it busy at all. I should add that because you can have a lot of windows open at once, it's best to run the application on a larger monitor.
