I like it a lot. Pros Very user friendly chat program. I work from home so by using this chat program where other work at home agents log in daily we can post questions to the team leads and feel connected. Cons Sometimes if the chat is too cluttered the team leads will "clear the chat" without any warning so if you just happened to post a question you are forced to have to repost as well as lose the opportunity to view previous posts by other agents. I was taking training on another software and having the ability to move the different items to different locations such as the chat panel or the main screen or webcam made it so nice. Cons I don't like how you have to download a client, as it sometimes would fail when I would download on a new computer. Made getting into the webinar a bit more of a hassle than necessary. Solid and reliable; I've never run into issues with connecting. It's also been a useful tool for us at our small company. Cons Drawbacks - a bit pricy and only able to accommodate 25 attendees each month. That's not an issue for my purposes but it could be a drawback for others. I chose it because of the ability to display the computer screen to show the rest, the chef often uses it. I also liked the ability to connect an unlimited number of users and the fact that the application works directly from the browser. Cons The downside is the need to constantly update the flash player. It’s rather unpleasant to find out five minutes before a serious video conference that this is vital. I was able to set up my online meeting space with notes, helpful files and URL links to help students with writing APA papers, and even inspirational monologues. I also used the whiteboard to help explain and would sometimes share my screen so that learners would have a reference point during our conversations. After the meetings, learners could have to link refer back to our session, if they needed or desired to do that. In summary, this software complemented the user interface that was set up by this school for the undergraduate and graduate learners who I supported. Pros I liked most that Adobe Connect allowed me to customize my online, remote meeting space for 1:1 tutoring sessions with nursing students. Cons What I liked least was the ease of sharing the recordings with multiple users. Recommended 100% " June 20, 2018 4.0 Pros A couple of months ago I started using it, because my tutor and one of the juries of my specialization work were out of the country. It has excellent features that allow to carry out a work meeting or in my case a presentation easily and quickly. It allows to share files, assign roles to participants, ask any question through chat without interrupting the presentation. It's simply excellent, plus you can join a meeting from any Android device. Cons The free version should allow more participants, otherwise it is an excellent solution. Instead, each one can stay in their own office or home and everything can still be easily shared. It is easy and quick to set up. It is easier to use on PC than on some Macs for some reason. Pros I like that you can use it for teaching software use and record all your classes. Students can attend wherever they are or watch the conference later. They can also watch it multiple times, something I noticed my students have done often. It is also easy to switch between different people sharing their screens to the whole conference. Cons Editing the recorded conferences afterwards is not very advanced.
