Sessions can be set to private with a password needed or just an invitation link with no password needed. I like using white board in sessions and uploading presentation files for users to view is done quickly . Cons When there are several people connected with video sharing , the program will suddenly stop and users have to log into session again. Cons Is not too visual (doesn't have to), maybe an groupal board, diferent classroom view and most important: most of the people are get used to zoom, hangouts, etc... There are a ton of bells and whistles once you're actually connected. Though, it's pretty rare for my meetings to need bells and whistles. Cons Everything about organizing a meeting. There are too many different types of attendees and the audio is confusing to connect to. The button you're trying to find is almost always impossible to find somehow. July 19, 2021 5.0 My experience with the application was very good since it allowed me to interact with mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets, making this very versatile software, being able to make a presentation to my clients through this platform simplified my work significantly. Pros What I like the most is the section of the meetings folder, where you can save 3 categories, it allows me to access my recordings, for the folder of my meetings I like that users can make changes in this folder. A lot of features comes with extra difficulties. The learning curve is low, can get buggy sometimes, video also freezes from time to time. Compared to the competition, you can do so much better. If Adobe Connect is what your business uses, you'll be able to accomplish most of what you'd like to. If your business doesn't already use it, consider a different product. Its very simple to use and relatively user-friendly, it offers almost all features that its competitors offer like recording meetings or sending chats. Cons One of the major disadvantages of using Adobe Connect is that compared to it's competitor it does not have as many options to establish various levels of controls that you need in the meeting. Cons I know some of the other attendees of my meeting complained about not being able to hear the host or getting booted out but I did not experience these issues. While "handraising" is more common among other video conferencing technology, additional features such as voting and polls are great for controlling and engaging a large group. Cons Have issues of background noise and connections (such as hearing someones voicemail prompts) go off while someone is called in. HAve not had this issue with other video conferencing softwares.
