Data Duplicacy is a problem as it confuses the user.
Next I asked them I dont want to access TeleCMI but you guys give me the missed call report which I used to get in the next day. Missed calls are supposed to be called in the same day within few mins.
No system in place to check missed calls. Cant check incoming calls in details.
No way to track idle time of agents between calls. Team doesnt have the complete knowledge.

Pros: I really appreciate the options such as autodialing. It allows the team to stay focused and work smoothly
Cons: It takes some time for the team to get used to the system but overall no real negatives

"Avoid This CRM Tool from Vyapar"
Overall: This CRM tool is a complete disappointment. It was released for sale before being fully developed, and it’s riddled with bugs. It feels like they’re using customers as guinea pigs to test their software. Even a high school student could have done a better job developing it. The support team is another letdown. They promise support on Saturdays and Sundays, but in reality, they don’t work on weekends. This is especially problematic since many sales organizations have their peak business days on weekends. The concept of urgency seems lost on them. With a premature product like Neodove, they desperately need to strengthen their support team. Whenever there’s an issue, no one from the support or sales team answers your calls. We opted for a custom plan, paying a premium for “personalized support” compared to the “Neo One” scheme. It’s all a gimmick to extract more money from you. After purchasing this useless CRM tool, you won’t receive any support. I’m writing this review after giving them ample time to improve. We’ve been using their service for 2 months, and it’s been a nightmare. They don’t keep their promises. Their software will likely take at least two more years to be fully developed. At the moment, it’s nothing more than a high school project.
Pros: The marketing statement that the software is from Vyapar
Cons: - Customer support is pathetic - The mobile App doesn't show all the features available in the browser version. There are lot of inconsistencies between the mobile app and browser version. The mobile App is just an eyewash and a strategy for marketing without any actual use. - Working with this tool is a nightmare as you will face issues every day and the support team would become unresponsive.

"Not worth the time & money"
Overall: I would definitely not recommend Neodove to anyone for the experience I had in 6 months. Before onboarding I asked & informed them about my clear expectations. I would require VOIP calls where in I can clearly track incoming & outgoing calls. They said, they have system in place for the same. VOIP calls were from third party TeleCMI. I asked them to activate simultaneous ring for the incoming calls, neodove team said they dont have that system in place so i called the TeleCMI team & confirmed that they can do it. I had to confirm neodove about the same & got it activated. Next I cant track missed calls in their system. I need to login to TeleCMI portal to check it. Neodove to check Outgoing calls & TeleCMI to check missed calls. Later one day, some settings changed & simultaneous ring was deactivated again they blamed our team stating we made the changes, why would we? Next I asked them I dont want to access TeleCMI but you guys give me the missed call report which I used to get in the next day. Missed calls are supposed to be called in the same day within few mins. but again they couldnt delive it. Accepting all these issues & mistakes they gave me grace period of 15 days, when they got to know I am not renewing, even the grace period is not given to us. so dont go with them as their team is not professional & doesnt have all the knowledge.

Overall: Not good at all. We are looking for different solutions, if this continues.
Pros: When the support team is available, they do listen to issues and try to resolve or give assurance to resolve. But availability is a major issue as neodove team is dependent on only few resources and our issues are left pending or un-acknowledged for long.
Cons: We have recently purchased Neodove. Initially, technical support was provided on and off. But we are not live yet as there is lack of support. Critical team from neodove have not been available and due to lack of backups, things are stuck at our end. There is lack of resources to provide customer support.

Pros: We have just gotten started with NeoDove and really like their predictive dialing and multi-lingual support. Since WhatsApp is used quite broadly across the world, we were happy to see the WhatsApp sharing option available within NeoDove.
Cons: It might be more on us but there is a learning curve to using the tool correctly. Since they're newer in this space, we're looking forward to additional features and functionality that we know they are working on.
