It does exactly what I need it to do every time and turns what would be a laborious, time-consuming process into one that takes 10 minutes a week. Pros ACH Universal is fast, easy to use, and integrates seamlessly with our accounting software, our bank, and our email system. It only takes a few clicks and an entire pay cycle is done. Cons When there is an error with ACH Universal it's not always clear what caused it or what the solution is. Easy to make changes and updates and very simple to use. Pros This product was easy to set up and move from one Accounting System to another. We used it with QuickBooks first then we moved to Accounting Seed/Salesforce. Very easy to switch between the two systems. Cons When we had a computer crash we had a hard time getting the software loaded onto a new device. We lost all the data and had to start over. Reasons for choosing ACH Universal We first needed a product that would help us send ACH payments from our QuickBooks Accounting Software and the connection was super simple. Then we moved to Accounting Seed/Salesforce Accounting Software and were able to set it up just as quickly without having to re-enter all the data.
