It really takes the manual work out of messaging top talent... often times, I receive responses from candidates after my 2nd and 3rd message sent which is automated by Gem. Through traditional messaging, these follow up messages often aren't even sent, so Gem has been an amazing tool for a streamlining the recruiting process! We work in a very competitive job market and need Gem to keep our advantage in the market. Highly recommended. Pros I've really enjoyed the ease of use and extreme customizability of Gem. It really increased my messaging volume and quality. Gem has also made tracking of data very easy and transparent. A must have tool for any sourcing team. Not sure if the reporting has a tool to show what {{function}} has the highest conversion rate. Pros I like the add-ins that you can use for an email. {{Day of the week}} and {{reason}} are my most used. Cons I wish the software was strong enough to put {{reason}} in the space that makes the most grammatical sense.
