It has allowed us to streamline processes and become much more efficient. We have been able to automate what were previously manual tasks and there are increasing numbers of reports we can use to monitor all aspects of our business from customer interaction through to financial reporting. Our customers also find it much easier to interact with us. They can now monitor their class and account information at any time. There is lots of technical support available and crucially this is provided in a timely manner. The software is very robust and reliableand developing all the time. It was a straight forward transition which has had a profound impact on our business both in terms of improving cash flow and profitability and also in terms of customer experience and improved service delivery. Pros Intuitive, transparency, great visuals, powerful management information, enhanced customer experience, fantastic user experience Cons At outset the suite of management information was limited however this was quickly addressed with mire reports made available in a short period of time Reason for choosing FranScape Franscape offers greater flexibility as well as some features other systems do not have, such as taking MSF at source. Having the monthly plans and swapping to MRR really helps smooth out income flow and will increase profits. And having such a great overview of the network is amazing Pros From either a franchisee or franchisor view this is the most complete and useful franchise and class booking software available. The control it gives over your business is second to none. Highly recommend. Cons It is sophisticated software and still developing so a bit of an adjustment for anyone used to a simpler system. However there is great support and a comprehensive knowledge base (just a bit of a steep learning curve) Reason for choosing FranScape Outstrips them in power and features and the price is comparable. Pros This system gives everything that you need in order to run your business from day to day operations to reporting on every aspect of your business. It’s very easy to use with clear and concise design. The flexibility of the system is also very good and any extra functions that may be needed are looked at and if possible processed by the helpful support team. The support you receive from the tech team is second to none. If you want to grow your business by spending less time implementing spreadsheets, databases etc then this system is definitely for you. Highly recommended. Cons After using the system for 2 years there has been no negative aspects discovered. Unlike other systems previously used there are no outages and always working. The booking time for a new swimmer is fast and effective. The customer gets confirmation at the time of the booking. To book direct it is quick and easy. The support behind the scenes is great. Always there to respond if you need them. The knowledge base that is created for myself and the customer is also very helpful and answers your questions by talking you through what needs to be done. Constantly being updated with new and improved systems to work with the growth and development of my business. Cons The move to the software was efficient and easy. Having one zone where you can access everything you need to run your business from staffing records, lesson availability , finances and much more FranScape has saved us time and money. I would 100% recommend FranScape! As someone who had little to no knowledge of running a business this software has enabled me to run a successful business. The team behind FranScape are brilliant! they're super helpful and have helped me with any difficulties I may have experienced. Pros Very organized, Easy to use, transparent for both Franchisee and clients, Detailed (reports, logs and information). links seamlessly with Strip and Quickbooks making financial recorder keeping super easy. Straight forward, and easy to understand. The system is always being updated and improved on. Pros The payment system is much better, previously we would need two windows and would be working on different platforms now it’s all managed from the one screen. Booking customers into the system takes a few minutes and it’s an easy process. Cons In earlier version filtering was limited and moving consumers from one “class” to another wasn’t straight forward but these issues have been fixed in later updates. Review Source PL Paul L. It's simple approach to business is refreshing alongside its huge capability and reliability. Pros Franscape has no doubt helped us grow our business with it's ease of use, customer interaction and it's reporting system. The system allows us to have a solid platform in regards to our offering and the back office support we receive is excellent and very timely should we need questions answering. Pros I like the reports, very simple to use, quick results. Cons Earlier version didn’t have a lot of filters to offer on classes. It allow your business to grow and make money whilst you sleep and free up your time to focus on other areas of business. It gives you so much information on areas of your business, you really get a feel for how your business if performing without having to keep lots of spreadsheets. Pros Managing and communicating with customers all under one roof has never been so quick, easy and efficient. We have gained more time, and more customers overnight with this software.
