Pros DSMN8 is great at creating a higher customer engagement, by allowing us to share our company content across social platforms. I love the ease of use of the software and that once you have connected your various social accounts you can automate posting. Cons It would be great if the social accounts stayed connected until manually disabled and we didn't have to reconnect them. Review Source DL Dan L. I'm able to interact with people on the latest stories within the industry and often spark interesting conversation when speaking with people directly. Cons Once up and running I don't really have any issues. The initial set up was a little long winded but it's possible that this was also due to my organisation's security. That being said it was still straight forward. No glitches. Pros I like that that I don't have to think about posting to my professional social media accounts. It is bothersome to always come up with insightful ideas for my networks. Cons I wish that there was more specificity in the control. For example, the buckets/options for the automations did not tell me what type of content would be fed to my LinkedIn feed.
