The software performs well! I’d rate it 4/5 for overall functionality and 5/5 for speed and operational components. Although I’m still in the early stages of getting my business up and running, the hotel and travel management features appear well designed and thoughtfully structured. I haven’t fully tested the booking system yet, but it seems to run smoothly. Guest management was solid from the beginning and has continued to improve with ongoing updates and refinements.

Pros

Easy to onboard, \[sensitive content hidden\], more cost-effective and offers more features than pricier programs I’ve tried. They’ve also supported me beyond the software itself, which has been incredibly helpful overall. Love that it's cloud-based, almost an expectation for software these days.

Cons

Being a small team, responses can be slower than I’d personally prefer at times. That said, they do follow up, and I know there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that I’m not even aware of that do help me.

It’s a great technology platform paired with really personal human support. They’ve helped me every step of the way, in terms of onboarding, getting going and then optimising our listings and ad campaigns, which have helped us get more sales.

Pros

Tashi’s great. The platform is perfect for our business, which sells sustainable tours and experiences. The team really know their stuff and have been able to give us really valuable experience along the way as we’ve scaled our sustainable travel marketplace. We’ve been able to grow the busines without adding significant headcount because their app has lots of automations and and tools that have saved us TONS is time. Seriously, it’s been great.

Cons

Nothing comes to come in terms of cons. Like every tech platform there some things to take on board but it’s been very user friendly.

I would highly recommend Tashi Travel to anyone. From the first day, I found their website builder easy to use, delivering high quality results. I actually get compliments for a website I did myself though I have no technical background. There are also many add ons and features that offer you a lot of flexibility and ability to personalize to suit your needs. I run a small food tour business in Bordeaux but I think Tashi is suitable for any sort of travel business. Perhaps what I appreciate the most is the personalized tech support. I've had a few video calls with Tom who is super helpful, patient, and is there to trouble shoot any issues.

Pros

Ease of use, fairly intuitive, good customer service and ability to schedule a personalized video call to trouble shoot or get tech support.

Cons

No major cons that I can comment on. Tashi is pretty responsive to my issues.

A very good working relationship with a company who are open and willing to listen to their customers.

Pros

Tashi has been an excellent fit for our very specific travel product, the best part has been their willingness to help and develop features with us and other vendors in mind.

Cons

Like with any product which is not custom made there are limitations in being able to develop unique features.

Pros

Tashi is run, operated and driven to success by an engineer who is devoted to travel. The team ensures that your vision becomes a reality.

Cons

Wish there was more of them, the team is so devoted to each client that their time gets committed and you do have to wait your turn for excellence.

Has been very favorable. I was able to get up and running and add over 2000 new listings in less than 6 months as a new business.

Pros

Easy to work with, good feature set, easy to get started and very receptive to feedback.

It's always a pleasure to deal with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at Tashi, he is easy to get a hold of and goes above and beyond to sort out or walk through any issues or questions you have in a timely manner. They walk through everything to ensure set up is hassell free.

Pros

Program has everything we need to run our three Guesthouses, from booking system, to channel manager and website, we now operate from the one place which saves us a lot of time. The company is adaptable always open to recommendations for changes to suit your individual property where they can.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this program or company

When I contacted Tashi, they were a fairly new company and offered everything that the other Programs, the cost was more reasonable especially since we were a new business as well, but what won me over was the fact that they were willing to adapt and develop certain area's like the registration cards so it suited what we needed for our business.
