They’ve helped me every step of the way, in terms of onboarding, getting going and then optimising our listings and ad campaigns, which have helped us get more sales. Pros Tashi’s great. The platform is perfect for our business, which sells sustainable tours and experiences. The team really know their stuff and have been able to give us really valuable experience along the way as we’ve scaled our sustainable travel marketplace. We’ve been able to grow the busines without adding significant headcount because their app has lots of automations and and tools that have saved us TONS is time. Seriously, it’s been great. Cons Nothing comes to come in terms of cons. Like every tech platform there some things to take on board but it’s been very user friendly. I’d rate it 4/5 for overall functionality and 5/5 for speed and operational components. Although I’m still in the early stages of getting my business up and running, the hotel and travel management features appear well designed and thoughtfully structured. I haven’t fully tested the booking system yet, but it seems to run smoothly. Guest management was solid from the beginning and has continued to improve with ongoing updates and refinements. Pros Easy to onboard, \[sensitive content hidden\], more cost-effective and offers more features than pricier programs I’ve tried. They’ve also supported me beyond the software itself, which has been incredibly helpful overall. Love that it's cloud-based, almost an expectation for software these days. Cons Being a small team, responses can be slower than I’d personally prefer at times. That said, they do follow up, and I know there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that I’m not even aware of that do help me. Switched from [sharetribe](https://www.capterra.com/p/162942/Sharetribe/) I made the switch because the first option had fewer features, was more expensive on a monthly basis, and would have led to significant extra costs for customisation. The other alternative was fully bespoke and customisable from day one, but the upfront cost was prohibitive. From the first day, I found their website builder easy to use, delivering high quality results. I actually get compliments for a website I did myself though I have no technical background. There are also many add ons and features that offer you a lot of flexibility and ability to personalize to suit your needs. I run a small food tour business in Bordeaux but I think Tashi is suitable for any sort of travel business. Perhaps what I appreciate the most is the personalized tech support. I've had a few video calls with Tom who is super helpful, patient, and is there to trouble shoot any issues. Pros Ease of use, fairly intuitive, good customer service and ability to schedule a personalized video call to trouble shoot or get tech support. Cons No major cons that I can comment on. Tashi is pretty responsive to my issues. They are always open to our feedback and take our comments very seriously. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship. Pros Tashi feels like it was made for us. The features are well suited for our hotel and retreat business and there are always new developments that help us drive different areas of our business. Besides room bookings, we can now book tours, communicate with customers, sell products, build landing pages, and run specific promotions. We were also able to seamlessly teach our Peruvian staff how to use the program. Cons We're still working on some features for our group business. Tashi is set up mostly for hotel bookings and for those of us who also manage group/retreat bookings, it requires a few extra steps. But after looking at 6 other PMS providers, we realized that Tashi is the best and also the most adaptable. Plus they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Reason for choosing Tashi.travel After extensive research, we found Tashi did what most of what other (more expensive) PMS do but with better customer service, more user-friendly features, and at a lower cost. Everybody who has access to the app can always have access to it even if you are on the move. We can check or make a reservation where ever we are. Cons If you are trying to make a reservation from your cell phone you have to make sure you are on the right date. Unfortunately it is another business expense! However this is one i couldn't possibly go without. Would absolutely recommend. I also take boking while i'm out and about on my phone which is very easy to do. This means i'm not tied to my computer. Pros Very easy to use, its intuitive so you can click through the tabs and logically find and learn how do do various activities. It took a few weeks of learning by trial, by i'm now feeling pretty confident with the booking system so will start to explore other functions of the software. I have a staff member who uses the software and also makes it very easy for the two us us to make bookings and for me to see what activity she has been doing. I also had difficulties on changing or adding more products on the website. Since I joined Tash my business have improved for the better than ever! Today I have no worries on how will my clients make payments, as Tash's software provides a unique payment platform that my clients can purchase my products from anywhere in the world. I can now make changes easily than ever e.g( remove or add new products) I now run my business more professional than I did before ,Tash has a great team that is very helpful to build my brand as a business .
