The support has been amazing. No matter what time of day I need assistance, the team are always on hand to help

Pros

The new interface - I no longer have to keep scrolling through the left hand side menu to find where I need to go as everything I need is pretty much on the one screen where I update the chatbot. The AI feature has been a real game changer as well giving me confidence that the the bot will be successful with the end users

Cons

The help articles are gone but this hasn't caused any issue as I know I can quickly get the help I need from the support team

Pros

It is really easy to develop and deploy the bot with no code interface. Additionally, Workativ's customer support is excellent.

Cons

Overall experience is great. Sometimes we face minor issues, such as bot window size bigger than the screen, but we get a quick engagement from the support team to resolve the issues.

Very positive experience. We are able to grow the bot based on our internal needs. The cost and support can't be beat for all the features the tool provides.

Pros

It just seems to work out of the box. If you have a decent outline of the needs the bot needs to fill it is really straightforward to set up and test. Their deployment team offers insight on where to focus time and provides resources to go to quickly resolve questions on your own. Truly self service.

Cons

No complaints right now - when we have had issues they respond quickly with a plan and their follow through is excellent.
